"房間乾淨衞生這家酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！房間乾淨整潔，佈置得特別温馨，床品舒服到躺下就不想起來，細節處也很用心，比如床頭的充電口設計特別方便。 服務更是沒得挑，晚上還開車送我們去買葯，非常感謝，從入住到離店全程都很貼心。前台辦理速度快，還主動介紹了周邊的好去處；客房服務響應及時，需求都能很快滿足，工作人員態度也特別好，熱情又有禮貌，讓人感覺像回家一樣自在，下次來還住這兒！"

"Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! "We were very pleased with our stay. The room and facilities were excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to and from Huangguoshu Waterfalls was particularly welcomed. There is a new hotel being constructed directly opposite that is not completed and even though there wasn't a noise issue, the area in front of the Guesthouse is not too appealing. This is outside the control of the Guesthouse and it wasn't a problem for us."

"Konfigurasi hardware ruangan bagus, tapi lokasi tepat di sebelah stasiun kereta kecepatan tinggi. Agak bising. Hotel tidak menyalakan pendingin untuk menghemat listrik. Ruangan sangat panas dan AC mengeluarkan udara panas. Saya sudah komunikasi dengan pihak hotel sebanyak 4 kali dan jawabannya sebaiknya buka jendela dan pintu untuk ventilasi sampai jam 3 malam. Saya tidak bisa tidur karena terlalu panas. Ini keempat kalinya saya sangat meminta untuk membuka hotel berpendingin sebelum membuka hotel berpendingin. Ulasan buruk."

"攜程上的所有評價都説老闆人很好！一去確實不錯，我們訂的普通雙床房，老闆直接給我們把房間免費升級了！ 房間很新很大，住進去沒有照相，大家可以參考其他點評了的小夥伴的曬圖，屬實！ 酒店在臨街的第二排，一點都不吵，有自己專屬的停車場，有充電樁，有電梯，非常方便！ 還有最重要的一點，酒店可以點菜，一層大廳就可以吃飯，炒菜我們點了5個菜每個都超級好吃！ 醋溜土豆絲，筍子炒肉片，燉土雞，折耳根炒臘肉，野菜攤雞蛋！ 下次去黃果樹玩一定還要住這裏，去黃果樹票務大廳那裡開車5分鐘，超近！"

"黃果樹景區5公里接送各一次:很好啊，坐了高鐵站門口的小巴，給我們丟什麼啤酒站了然後老闆來接我們的，送去景區也是，省得打車挺好的。後面出來了給老闆打電話也是馬上來了。 設施：很新，房間很大。甚至是電動馬桶。缺點就是蚊子有點多，老闆很貼心放了電蚊香，但是不太用慣。鏡子上面有個儲物櫃，導致化粧光線不太好。其他都挺好的。 衞生：還是蠻乾淨的，給的都是一次性浴巾毛巾，還配備了一次性馬桶墊好評！ 服務：很好，老闆都挺好説話的。 建議選山景，貌似是靠山的，瀑那個好像靠街"
