The welcome and staff were also friendly. However, I unfortunately feel the room isn't up to par for a hotel of this category. If it were a one- or two-star hotel, it might (perhaps) be acceptable, but from a three-star hotel, I expect a much higher standard: the glass light in the bathroom doesn't work, the shower is crusty and there's mold in the grout, the room is very narrow, and the decor is from the 1970s and 1980s..."

"I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza."

The room is large, the view is good, and there is a balcony to look out. The only thing I can't get used to is that the cotton content in the bed is too low, and it is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on."

Room was smaller side but Iasked for single room to make use of cheaper accommodation price Location was amazing. You can walk from airport to the place in about 25 min it’s 1.8 km distance Easy to walk road with lots of trees for shade. There is also a metro which takes you up 11 min walkable distance if you with luggage . Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Beach is 5 min walkable distance. Price is reasonable in restaurants. They have a tie up with a restaurant highly recommend it’s cheap and great service Service - service was great. Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their faces.they did not speak lot of English but their body language made me feel welcome and wanting to come back. Amenities - in room we had everything. I however missed hair dryer which would had been great. Breakfast was included and was great. For the price it’s a bargain."

"It's a relatively old hotel, but the location is decent: a 5-minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the Old Bridge, and 20 minutes to the train station. Service was acceptable; the two male receptionists didn't speak English, but the older one was quite friendly. The rooms were basic; the bathroom lacked a separate shower and toilet, and there was only one power outlet in the entire room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and frequently dropped. My favorite part was the small terrace, but it faced west, making it very hot in the afternoon. The air conditioner couldn't be regulated, so the direct airflow was uncomfortable. Overall, however, it was not bad and offered good value for money."
