"We checked in pretty late. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for more towels because we were out all day and I needed to take my kids a bath, but was Informed that we had to wait for 45min to an hour because they did not have any clean towels. Even though I booked the room for my 3 kids and I. Then we noticed the bathtub. The bathroom was dirty. It literally had hair in the tub and brownish stein from the mold that wasn’t cleaned. The front desk offered us another room right next to us to literally take a shower. But it was also dirty. Idk I have never stayed at a hotel with these bad steins before. Is that the new normal? The only thing they could offer was free breakfast even though we had already with our reservation. Never booking again."

"This hotel is next to the tallest building in Pittsburgh. You can go inside the building and visit it, where you can overlook Pittsburgh and see the nearby CMU campus. There is a bus passing by the door, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. This is why we chose it. The only downside is that the American breakfast is not that tasty. But in the United States, people rarely have breakfast in the morning. It's usually after 11 o'clock."

"Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car."
