"The pictures on the website missrepresented the size of the room and the configuration of the beds. The room was extremely small, the queen beds were positioned foot to foot, very strangely, with uncomfortable padded furniture in between them. The heads of the beds were far from looking at the TV so it was hard to see the picture since you had to see it from a difficult angle. The pictures on the website had the beds side by side even though there are very few rooms like that. The beds barely fit into the room. There is no closet (you have to hang your clothes on hooks on the wall) and no private enclosed area to use the sink. There is no dresser. Of the 4 nights we were there, the maids cleaned the room only once. There is no desk aside from a little tablet area on the chair. There is a junky collapsible table hanging from the wall. The management obviously tried to use all possible ways to cut down the size and quality of the space and to hide that by making it cutesy. In addition, the swimming pool and exercise area are shared with the hotel next door, causing a long walk to get there--of course none of these cost cuts were even mentioned on the web site. Who are you kidding?"

"Stayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable."

"The local grandpa at the front desk of the hotel was very interesting. He asked us why we came here. We said we were traveling, but he thought there was nothing to see. In fact, traveling is going from a city you are tired of to a city that others are tired of. There were really few Asian faces. The hotel is simple and clean. There is no buffet breakfast. The restaurant downstairs is open to the public and you have to buy it yourself. Parking is very convenient. The price-performance ratio is good."
