They upgraded our room to the family suite because there was a mistake in my booking. The front desk officer was really nice, polite, and helpful. If i could, I want to give him 6 stars.

Beautiful hotel, city centre. But the google address was not working correctly. Only with the 3rd time, after careful copying we got in an unfamiliar city in the dark. No ATM in the hotel. Very nice staff! All the best!

This hotel has an exceptional location in the heart of Charleroi. It adjoins a major downtown shopping mall with international brands and standard fast food options including Burger King. My room had amazing view of the central plaza including the church. There is an excellent range of restaurants nearby and a small selection of convenience stores. However, there was are no large supermarket in this area, and getting access to pharmacies was difficult at night. The reception area has lively bar on level 2 and there is outdoor areas with seating and umbrellas for the summer period. During this visit in August, there was some live music in the streets nearby which added to the town atmosphere, but this city is not Brussels, as visitors should lower expectations regarding night life options. It about a 10 min walks to the Central Station and express buses to the airport. (Charleroi low cost airport) Note: The railway stations area is under construction, some care may be required with luggage.

A very modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Great room facilities and friendly helpful staff. Located within an amazing shopping mall and a beautiful piazzas definitely recommend.

It's a good choice

Good room, large and in an excellent location. Slippers were missing because they ran out. 15/20 minutes from the airport

The lobby is quite high-end and the rooms are well-equipped. The downside is that the lighting is a bit dim and the hotel entrance is very small. It took a while to find it. The interior is quite a different world.

The guys at the reception were friendly and attentive, everything was perfect.

It was very close to Charleroi Airport and within a 10 minute walk from the station. There are fast food restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's easy to get water and snacks, and I think this is a hotel where even relatively novice travelers can stay without any problems. The waffles in that shopping mall were very delicious, so I recommend them◎ However, the IBIS Hotel, which was closer to the station, was cheaper, so I thought it would have been better to stay there. The staff's response was average! The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.

The hotel room is OK, but there is not enough food for breakfast. The hotel fee this year is much more expensive than last year.
