The room is clean. But it is a little bit difficult to find the entrance. The charged car parking price is different from the price quote from their email

They upgraded our room to the family suite because there was a mistake in my booking. The front desk officer was really nice, polite, and helpful. If i could, I want to give him 6 stars.

Beautiful hotel, city centre. But the google address was not working correctly. Only with the 3rd time, after careful copying we got in an unfamiliar city in the dark. No ATM in the hotel. Very nice staff! All the best!

This hotel has an exceptional location in the heart of Charleroi. It adjoins a major downtown shopping mall with international brands and standard fast food options including Burger King. My room had amazing view of the central plaza including the church. There is an excellent range of restaurants nearby and a small selection of convenience stores. However, there was are no large supermarket in this area, and getting access to pharmacies was difficult at night. The reception area has lively bar on level 2 and there is outdoor areas with seating and umbrellas for the summer period. During this visit in August, there was some live music in the streets nearby which added to the town atmosphere, but this city is not Brussels, as visitors should lower expectations regarding night life options. It about a 10 min walks to the Central Station and express buses to the airport. (Charleroi low cost airport) Note: The railway stations area is under construction, some care may be required with luggage.

A very modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Great room facilities and friendly helpful staff. Located within an amazing shopping mall and a beautiful piazzas definitely recommend.

It's a good choice

Отель удачно расположен: в самом центре Шарлеруа на пешеходной улице. Правда, найти отель было непросто, мы долго ходили по центру, пока кто-то из местных не подсказал нам, что отель находится на территории большого торгового центра. До ж/д вокзала и остановки шаттлов в аэропорт минут 7 пешком. На такси до аэропорта 15 минут и нам стоило 35 евро. Номера просторные, но уже сильно уставшие. Есть чайник и холодильник. Окна в номере не открываются. Есть кондиционер. У нас был номер с видом на площадь. Завтраки не брали и услугами бара не пользовались.

샤를로이 지역에 올 일이 있어서, 시내와 가장 가까운 이 호텔을 추천 받았어요. 부족함 없이 개끗하게 머물다가 갑니다.
