Really had good moment with this hotel

Air conditioning is malfunction, very stuffy at night. Room is not sound proof. At night I could hear people from the next door. And the door keep shaking every now and then at night, very noisy. I stayed at room 1222. Service staff is very nice though.

Not bad for one night… they said it will be the city view … not satisfied

Great location. Has a big shopping mall that is 10 minutes walking distance where you can get various foods and has a grocery store. Staff are nice and professional. Room is spacious and clean! Has a nice laundry room! The only problem I encountered was the gym. It was listed as 24/7, but they actually turn lights and air conditioner off after 11pm. However, they did open the service for me upon request at 3am, but I was told they stop service at night to avoid affecting other’s sleep.

When visiting Xingtai, I specially chose this Hilton Garden Inn managed by Hilton Group to stay for two nights. It is located in Xiangdu District. It is not far from the railway station or the East Station, and it is very convenient to the ancient city of Xingzhou. The two elephants at the entrance of the hotel are very impressive. The guest rooms are clean and tidy. The different colors in the room are harmoniously matched. The lights and curtains can be intelligentized without inserting a card to get electricity. Seeing that we stayed for two nights, Xiaonan at the front desk was very considerate and gave us a day of breakfast. It was located in the cafe on the first floor, providing different nuts. The beef noodles were very delicious.

The service is professional and enthusiastic, the facilities are new, the environment is good, and the cost performance is super high. I would like to especially praise the warm and thoughtful service of the staff Ms. Xiaonan. When we left the hotel, we forgot our Apple iPad in the room and did not find it ourselves. After the hotel staff found it, they contacted us in time when we were already on the highway, and mailed it to us in time through the courier company. It was very touching!

The hotel rooms are comfortable and of moderate size. The front desk staff has a good sense of service, especially Xiaonan at the front desk, who is very professional and can provide professional services and consultation. The breakfast dishes are rich in variety.

The environment of Hilton Garden Inn Xingtai is clean and warm, the service staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, the catering service is excellent, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The room is spacious and clean, the view outside the window is also good, the hotel is close to various attractions, there is a huge parking lot downstairs, parking is very convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good. The breakfast is not so good, there are not many choices, and the restaurant is actually in the lobby on the first floor.
