Very fortunate to stay in. Sn plus. It was very clean and location friendly

I was very impressed with my stay this time. The bed was soft and comfortable. I’m truly impressed!

Value for money. But the location is a bit far from everywhere. No thai bus running on the 3rd street that takes you to the Pattaya main city area. So you have to either walk to where you can get the bus or take a ride though app though it doesn’t cost you more than 40 baht to reach the main areas. But easy check-in and check-out, good amenities, high quality bathroom, friendly staff with the european style decorations make it a value for your money. One suggestion would be have laundry service inside the hotel as currently they have outside supplier which takes a day to get back the clothes. [Photos here are from the pool view cabana room]

It spends 10 to 15 minutes walk to Terminal 21 Pattaya. Breakfast is at average. 

The hotel is conveniently located, and the receptionist is really polite and eager to assist us.

Very beautiful hotel with nice decoration and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are big, very clean and well equiped. Theres a small gym and a very nice swimming pool surrounded by a Mediterranean style terrace. It is not very close from the beach but at least it's very quiet for a good sleep and bath-bus are at a walking distance. The price is very feasonable for what you get and the breakfast buffet is awesome. They even have a machine which make pancake on demand! If you're not going to Pattaya for party, this hotel is ideal

Amazing place. I really like this hotel. You cant find anything better in this price. Good parking in basement for cars or motorbikes. Really nice place.

The reception treatment very bad(the guy look like *******), just ask want to see room, he call me check out. This is the worst treatment I've ever received. I never back this hotel again .

2km North of the main drag, the location boasts bars and restaurants supported by local patrons. Quieter than main drag but excellent food. Quiet room which was clean and shiny. Common areas well presented. Good buffet breakfast covers western and Thai tastes. Easy to find with good sheltered parking - mostly foreign tourists so plenty of empty spaces. We took a Grab taxi to Central Festival and explored Beach Road from there. Will visit again and explore more of the area on foot. Loved the German Beer and micro brew locations which are easily reached from hotel.

Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

1. The WIFI signal is poor, it connects and disconnects, the signal is unstable~ 2. The breakfast dishes are the same, the dishes are repeated for 5 days, there is no change~ 3. Compared with the color of the swimming pool of the hotel behind, the water of this hotel's swimming pool has turned green, and the water has not been replaced, and there is no water quality inspection certificate.

One of the best hotels in terms of comfort, privacy, luxury . Highly recommended.
