Ulasan Ascott New District Wuxi

Do not fit Ascott brand. The room is big. But the maintenance and house keeping is very bad. The washing machine is dirty. The dust is flying around the room. We had bad allergy after staying 1 night. Some furniture and door fittings peels and drop on the floors at the door inner corners, they just leave there not doing any repair to fix back.

Great hotel, clean and near the airport, but far from downtown Wuxi. The pool wasn’t what I expected, but good gym facilities.

The hotel is located in the new town which is very quiet at night time but it is a bit far from the town. The room is really huge and clean (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). It is really worth!

The room is very modern and well distributed.

Due to taking train the next day at the new train station, checked in this hotel . Very new hotel but far away from busy town area so food is a problem only walk 10 mins to 萬達城. Take taxi 30 mins to 南長街old town for fun .

Excellent hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

公寓房間最大的優勢就是房間很寬敞，雙卧套房提供2間衞生間，使用起來比較便捷，酒店整體硬件和設施都較齊全，若配備智能馬桶等智能設備的話，整體性會更加好!公寓的早餐品種較少，口味也比較普通，且餐食補充也緩慢滯後，服務人員主動性等方便稍顯不足，整體公寓服務人員的服務主動性和熱情型方面還需提高，這樣可以更加匹配雅詩閣及其等級，總體還是比較滿意的，酒店房間很大，停車場也很寬敞，地理位置稍微有點偏，但好在有個萬達，步行在6-8分鐘左右，去無錫商旅的客人還是比較推薦的!

設施：設施齊全 衞生：乾淨清爽 環境：安靜優雅 服務：熱情周到 第二次入住該酒店，酒店非常安靜，周邊綠化可以，房間有烹飪工具還有餐具，可以自己做飯，比較適合帶家人一起，或者和同事商務出差。

房間很乾凈很大，一家四口住兩居室非常滿意，吃飯撒歡兒都很棒，還能洗衣服，酒店早餐不錯，自製三明治孩子能吃好幾個，房間打掃的很乾凈，阿姨幫我們疊好睡衣，又幫女兒的阿貝貝放入被窩裡，非常有愛🫰💗 泳池是9點半清場，需要下次前台和客人們説的準確點，因為我們剛進去10多分鐘就被叫出來了。房間比較大傢俱有點多，確實酒店的成本很高，但是這個傢俱板材有點次，建議酒店如果可以減少點傢俱就好了，太多了還是有點味…
