The hotel is located in the new town which is very quiet at night time but it is a bit far from the town. The room is really huge and clean (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). It is really worth!

The room is very modern and well distributed.

Due to taking train the next day at the new train station, checked in this hotel . Very new hotel but far away from busy town area so food is a problem only walk 10 mins to 萬達城. Take taxi 30 mins to 南長街old town for fun .

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel where I stayed with my children for the competition was clean and hygienic, just as the pictures showed. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer, just like home. It provided sufficient logistical supplies for our competition. The front desk service was polite and courteous. All good reviews

A very satisfying trip. The hotel service attitude is very good, the hotel environment is great, and there are washing machines, which is very suitable for families with children. The hotel service is impeccable, and the front desk ladies are very kind. My son said he was thirsty and the ladies immediately took out warm mineral water and handed it to him. The swimming pool is also great and the children like it very much. I will stay here again when I come to Wuxi in the future.

Large area, complete facilities! Snacks and fruits were given on the day of check-in. Very considerate! Children's toothbrushes and slippers were prepared for the children! It would be perfect if the indoor swimming pool temperature was higher! The hotel's large bowl is just right for late night beer snacks

Overall it was good, special thanks to the front desk staff, the engineering staff who helped to adjust the TV in the room, and the housekeeping staff who delivered the laundry detergent.

On March 22, I took my family to stay at Ascott Xinfa Serviced Apartment in Wuxi. At around 8:30 that night, we entered the swimming pool on the basement floor of the apartment to swim and exercise normally. After about 25 minutes, we left the swimming pool. The accompanying family members found a lot of blood stains on the right foot of my 16-year-old daughter (as evidenced by the on-site video). At first, they thought it was a minor wound and asked the swimming pool manager for a Band-Aid. Later, they found that the wound on the right leg was large and deep and needed medical treatment. After about half an hour of temporary treatment, the apartment management did not call 120 or arrange a vehicle to send a doctor, nor did they provide timely and effective emergency measures. The family had to drive the car to the emergency room of Wuxi People's Hospital by themselves. It was diagnosed as a cut of about 4 cm in length. Anesthesia, tetanus injection and wound suture (4 stitches) were injected respectively, and then returned to the apartment at around 11 o'clock that night. After finding that my daughter's right leg was cut, it was determined that the ring-shaped decorative cover of the stainless steel handrail beside the swimming pool fell off. During the period, a staff member of the swimming pool management said that the swimming pool service was outsourced, but the stainless steel decorative ring had already been reported to the apartment, but it was not taken seriously and was not repaired (the relevant situation can be verified by the video recording in the public area of ​​the swimming pool). That night, Xu's duty manager said that the cause of the safety accident in the swimming pool needed to be determined after a joint study with the engineering department and the outsourcing party the next day. He did not support my request to review the video to check the situation. Later, I called 110 and reviewed the incident surveillance accompanied by the police. It was confirmed that there was a lot of blood in the swimming pool after my daughter got ashore, and the police retained the scene video. The next morning, the apartment did not show any concern and condolences to my daughter. Only at my request did they provide room service. About half an hour later, the staff brought a breakfast, and even did not provide basic tableware such as chopsticks and forks. When I was having dinner in the restaurant in the morning, I even saw the Xu's duty manager last night inspecting the restaurant with interest, and then accompanied his "wife and daughter" to have breakfast. At 9:10 in the morning, I went to the apartment swimming pool again to check the situation and found that the stainless steel decorative cover that caused the damage last night was still turned outward, exposed like a sharp blade, and there was no safety guard or safety warning by the pool. I immediately returned to the front desk to complain. The attitude of the apartment management was just to understand, and said that the warning sign was still in the process of production. At around 10 o'clock, the Xu's duty manager knocked on the door and entered Room 1608. He neither gave feedback on the multi-party judgment of the cause of the safety accident promised last night, nor explained the safety hazards of the swimming pool. He only talked about irrelevant issues such as only medical expenses could be compensated. When I questioned his lack of service ability, he was even so excited that he said that he would "jump from Room 1608". Such a ridiculous statement. Around 11:10, in addition to the duty manager of Xu, there were three other duty managers on that day and the pool outsourcing party, who communicated about my daughter's safety accident. During the period, the duty manager of Xu took out an agreement and only mentioned the three words "medical expenses". Even the basic facts were illogical, and he pointed his index finger at me throughout the process, showing an extremely disrespectful attitude (the lobby video surveillance can prove it). As a company that takes "trust" as its corporate motto, such an untrustworthy situation occurred. The swimming pool was originally a place for fitness, but it turned out to be a sharp blade that hurt the body. It was supposed to be a weekend for the 16-year-old girl, but it caused the pain of stitches for the first time in her life. Faced with the emergency, the apartment was only willing to bear the medical expenses, and because they had to use the apartment industry insurance, they even used the tone of reimbursement to communicate with the family of the injured, with no sense of fault in their words. On the other hand, Haidilao, also a Singaporean company, faced with the "pee-gate pot bottom" incident, proactively provided compensation to consumers who dined there within 10 days, without requiring consumers to provide medical treatment information. The difference in corporate management and crisis public relations is immediately apparent.
