Senang sekali, saya minta check-in satu jam lebih awal dan mereka mengizinkannya. Semuanya bersih dan luas. Benar-benar salah satu pilihan terbaik.

Good location. Convenience Easy to contact.. But can not deposit the baggages.

First of all, the instruction was clear. No issue getting access into the building. In terms of location and convenience, the place is walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall and LRT PWTC. Very convenient to get around KL from here. However, the unit we were given was quite shabby and dated. The bathroom is quite dated and moldy, and there’s an unpleasant smell in the bathroom the whole time. There’s no slippers provided in the bathroom. There’s no other mirror except in the bathroom. Getting ready to go out was a problem for 3 of us as the only mirror was in the wet smelly bathroom 🙃. We asked if we can check-in earlier. The host replied that there would be a charge of additional rm30 per hour.

The design was nice but can feel it was quite old. As we can see signs of wear and tear. Spacious common area and bathroom. Loved the open platform at living room, easier to chill and communicate. There were 3 of us. Cleanliness is decent, not tip top yet not shabby. Retrieval of key from locker is quite easy. Parking is quite expensive though. RM3.30 per first hour and RM1.65 for subsequent hours, without max hours. Our parking ranges from RM20 - RM30 for the 3 days we stay there. If you are using Grab, can consider. There aren't really nearby outdoor car park for you to reduce your parking rate unless you park illegally in some of the empty spots nearby. Host was very responsive, replies within short period. It is within walking distance to Sunway Putra mall and has a mart within the building if u need to purchase any food supplies. Sleep was decent, no sound issue. Bathroom has a bit of smell, common for high rise but not too discerning. Main door was quite hard to close, we have to push it with a bang each time we would like to close the door. I will say, if I am not driving, I might reconsider Regalia due to close proximity to City Centre. If I drive, I prefer a parking free accomodation.

Хорошая студия, бассейн на крыше огонь просто,вид супер. Детей 14 и 12 лет пустили без проблем. Очень только шумно за окном и в коридоре. В квартире есть все,кроме чайника и сушилки для белья. Но это не проблема.

樓下可以看到雙子塔，全自助入住和退房，缺點是沒有前台無法寄存行李，提早入住和延遲退房都需要加錢。下午三點入住，11點退房。樓下很多車流，所以會有些噪音。性價比可以。

Отличное расположение. Если ранее бывали в Азии тогда вас не удивит обстановка. Цена достойна месту расположению.
