Comfortable hotel for families trip plan. Hotel been very clean and front desk is very friendly.

Room space is ok except for the aircon, rather loud during operation.

I liked the room and the hospitality

Room smelled and pull out couch was stained. Breakfast was mediocre for a continental. We booked it for the free shuttle and even signed up the night before and the shuttle left early. Overall this place is a 2/5 in every regard.

Typically SpringHill Suites are a pretty decent option. Everything was okay, except for a mildew smell in the room. We don’t have much options after a long trip and we’re only there for one night, so we powered through.

This hotel worked well for my family the night before flying out of PHX sky harbor airport. However, I booked it because it has 9/10 on *******. Based on the age of the hotel and how dated it is, I would expect a 7/10 or 8/10.

Our TV did not work and technician was out. Reported to front desk and was told that they can not do anything about it. I even asked for a discount but the front desk was rude and just shrug his shoulder.

Tv channel accessibility not great for 2 weeks in a row. Never knew when it worked or didn’t. Fire alarm going off Just not overall best value for the money

This hotel is older and dated. It was rated a 3 star hotel with a 9.0 rating and we didn't experience that rating. They have attempted to freshen up some of the furniture and decor but this is really an old hotel and it shows.

The staff was excellent. The hotel has been renovated effectively is very comfortable and nice and convenient off of the freeway. I really enjoy my stay here.

The bathtub/shower was in poor condition Wasn’t their fault but there was no TV signal the whole time. They should have given some kind of discount or something

Went for a training trip for work, is the perfect distance to be quiet enough but also close enough to downtown. I had a good stay there

Great friendly service. Had a great experience. Close to Diablo stadium for Spring training games. Very convenient.
