Great stay! Lovely space with lovely cats and nice washing machines! Would come back!

Great place to stay! It is also located in the central of town which is near to all the attractions, I would definitely recommend this place.

Location is off Xima Road but inside the ancient city. Easy to move around as major attractions are close by. Accommodation is a classic Chaozhou old house. Room was very small and is good for one person only, I think. Laundry facility is free to use. Landlady was very kind and helpful, and cheerful as well. She helped me rented a motorcycle which I used to ride around the city. Pleasant experience.

Very small single room but has everything you need. You must be traveling light, no big bags. Very good location near food streets

This is my second time to stay here if you need accommodation with local ( Chaozhou ) style I really recommend this Homestay Here is the good location at the heart of ancient Chaozhou town just a bit walk out to the small lane with plenty of local food stall

在潮州遇見這古典民宅，彷彿穿越回舊時光。天井悠悠，透着歲月的痕跡。天台更是美妙，設有躺椅，微風輕拂，愜意非常。頂上綠植蔓延，竹製風鈴搖曳，清脆聲響治癒人心。房門以門閂閉合，關門時吱吱嘎嘎，古韻十足。更添趣味的是，還有呆萌可愛的小貓小狗，為這古雅之地增添了幾分靈動生氣。

非常舒適。入住辦理全自助，服務人員親切友善。環境清幽，非常舒適。地理位置處於古城西馬路內巷子，絕佳地段。大力推進!

我喜歡這個地方。友好的老闆。古老而美麗的建築。完美的位置。

衞生很好，環境也不錯，在古城外圍，打車很方便。服務很灑脱，吧枱基本沒人，先去時沒看見小黑板，後來打電話聯繫上。

衝著評價里老板養的超胖仔的狗狗來的，非常乖，不愛叫，對陌生人都很友好，估計是見多了市面，院子裏種滿植物，還有兩衹小貓，老闆性格很可愛，雖然訂了最小的房間，但對於一個人出門的我來説夠用了～位置在美食街裏面，出門走幾步就是各種美食店，適合喜歡吃東西的寶子。以前很少住民宿，這次來潮汕，也是試着訂的，可能自己家裡也養動物，所以知道它們在門外有點助眠～如果再來潮州，還會選擇住在這裏～

訂的是一個整套的房子，看中他們家三間房有三個衞生間，還有一個公用的客廳，很有家庭的氛圍。其中兩間房面積大一點，有一間榻榻米的就比較小了。 他們家的民宿有兩個地址，訂單間的一般在他們老城區這裏，整個環境很有當地民居的特色。我們訂的整棟房間在另一個地方，是公寓房。 房東小姐姐很仔細，很可愛，還會給一些她做的美食攻略、周邊遊玩的攻略給我們。還養了一衹超可愛的柯基。

蚊蟲很多，設施特別舊，其實服務態度挺好的。但環境真的有點差了，門鎖就是一個小破鎖，感覺安全很堪憂，廁所特別小感覺在裏面甚至難轉身，無前台
