Amazing place - staff exellent - location a bit out of the centre - maybe 2kms nice walk by the coast (so very quiet). Rooms fantastic - Very high tech with loads of sockets, usb, technology to help. The first hotel I have ever stayed in that has a power socket and 2 USB sockets in the SAFE! Only there one night so missed dinner (and breakfast that starts at 8am - a pity) - so cant comment on food. Two complementary bottles of water, and free nespresso coffee. Views very good - pool decent and gym ok. Not cheap, but probably worth the price.

Hotel was great with nice courteous staffs. We stayed in Junior double room (no balcony). Upgrade request was denied. Rooms was very clean and had wonderful view of sea and we could hear waves which was relaxing. Had welcome sparkling wine. Rooms had steam shower which was great to have. They have free parking/free valet off-property, although most of the time they kept my car along the narrow street next to hotel lobby which was very convenient. Breakfast was great and all restaurant staffs were very nice and courteous. In addition to buffet, they offer free orders from their breakfast menu. We had body massage which was awesome!! Would highly recommend spa service. Only downside is location which was about 15-20 mins walk from city center/old town. Overall we had a great experience!

Close to perfection!
Very nice hotel by the sea. Excellent service. Rooms are fantastic with a view on the sea, the area is quite, a bit far from the center but if you have a car it should not be a problem. And last but not least: the restaurant is really great, probably the best in Chania I had the pleasure to experience in 3 different stays in tje last 5 years. My new favorite!

Very nice property, 10 mins walk from the harbor and 15 mins walk from old town. Quiet area with friendly staff. Luxurious property away from cramped hotels in Old City

Beautiful hotel and top notch service from check in to check out. Extremely helpful front desk service for setting up transportation, restaurant reservations, and excursions. Will definitely be returning when we come back to Chania.

Wonderfully upgraded in an obviously old part of town. Staff was great, room was amazing, easy walk into old town Chania. Worth it!

This property is beautiful. Modern design and great views. The staff were very friendly and our stay was pleasant. The only feedback is to maybe include some sort of privacy curtain or something so the person who is showering is closed off and the others can access their bags and the mirror. Aside from that, the room was excellent.
