"The hotel has only been open for two months. The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is quite nice, the service is excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. It's great value for money. I unexpectedly celebrated my birthday at the hotel on the day I checked in. Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

A slight drawback is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which is not convenient for the elderly and guests carrying large suitcases."

"The location is very remote and need to walk a minimum 10 minutes before finding 2 small shops. 10 minute bus ride into plantarias where a lot more shops available. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The staff work hard, the lifeguards take their job seriously and do an amazing job. The rooms are tiny, double bed and a small single. No sofa / chair to sit on while getting ready. The balcony is approx 1m squared and again very small. The food I thought was great. Some stuff the same everyday but majority rotated and cannot complain about the service. My son is was poorly and needed to see a dr and the hotel was very informative and the Jet2 rep (Veronica) helped us by calling ahead and checking the price. Cannot really fault any of the holiday that the resort could control."

I spent 9 nights here on allinclusive the positives first very clean hotel,that’s it negatives the food is absolutely awful, such cheap food the fruit was mouldy in the basket, I have decaff coffee and tea they do no provide this but you can have a decaff coffee if you pay I have never come across the meanness and such poor quality just looking at it made us feel ill we ate out a lot of the time . This is advertised as a 4 star some of the staff were really really rude and as two women on are own it was quite intimidating .The drinks were so limited and such poor quality if you pay they make really nice drink if not do not make any effort to make you dink look nice .the outside of the hotel looks like a war zone on a very very busy main Road the beach across the Road has broken sunbeds rumble and lots of run down bars and rubbish on it we would not recommend this hotel to our worse enemies"
