C’est une hôtel accueillant et bien situé pour découvrir Cannes. Le service club est très appréciable.

Adjacent to the Cannes railway station. The area around the station is actually quite nice. Excellent staying here for an early train. Rooms are small but new and clean Bed could be more comfortable.

Our experience in the hotel was spoiled with the absence of water for half a day and no hot water when we needed. We were disappointed with it and raised the issue with the management. The young lady who told us that she was the manager agreed with our request to reimburse our hotel fee, but asked us to go through Wotif, and she promised that they would agree to pay it back. However when we went through Wotif for reimbursement, Okko hotel management did not keep their promise. I would not trust a hotel management who doesn’t keep their promise.

It was not my first stay at the OKKO Cannes. It is very convenient for the station. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast wonderful.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. Rooms are a bit small but has basically all you need for a shorter stay. Only thing missing is a refrigerator in the room.

Great location in Cannes next to train station. Rooms are small so for two travelling together it works but not if u are travelling with friends and want separate beds. The top floor area is great for breakfast and snacks. Good views from rooftop too. Very short walk to the beachfront.

Hotel was a bit hard to find. Parking was not easy. Front desk and other staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable free snacks and beverages were an unexpected nice touch.

Great location. Steps from Gare de Cannes, blocks from the Croisette. Dozens of shop’s restaurants. Breakfast was amazing worth the price. And the lounge is open 24h. Love the coffee and water machine. Staff in the breakfast room were amazing and well as the hotel staff.

The staff and management at OKKO were amazing . They surpassed our previous experiences at the Martinez in terms of knowledge and friendliness. Well done we had an amazing stay thanks to the service.

The staff were rude to me and my partner and the room was not very clean

Good value for money. Excellent location and amazing service (Marvin was a star)! Be aware that AC in the rooms were not functioning properly. Hotel is aware about it and hope issue can be solved quickly as summer in Nice can get quite warm.
