It’s very nice here, good hotel, I like it, clean and good!!! Only bad is the bed is too soft!!!

Staff are friendly. Nice and quiet. Bfast is okay too

Need more breakfast services, good location and others for business travelers.

I booked my stay online. When I arrived to check in the clerk notified me that the booking was for 2 rooms and I only booked for 1 room. When the clerk fixed the problem I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The clerk checked another room and it too was not cleaned. I had to wait close to an hour for a room that I did not even want. I booked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen room. I was very unsatisfied. I still have not received any of my money back for my deposit or the double charge. The clerk charged me again even after I had already paid for my stay online. Not happy at all. Very poor.

I think this hotel is different from what I imagined, and the quilts are dirty, the water in the shower head in the bathroom is also very small, and the attitude of the counter staff at night is also very bad, and the customer service staff in the morning is not bad

出差住了半個月，洗衣機壞了一週也沒修好，走廊裏麪還老是聞見有人抽葉子，味道重的很。真的很難評😭
