As an old hotel, Kaiyuan Hotel's service is particularly commendable, and snacks and fruits are given in the hotel room! In addition, we didn't book breakfast on this trip. The front desk receptionist Xiao Zhang took the initiative to introduce the hotel breakfast and gave a free trial meal. He also reminded us of the traffic control of Ningbo Yongma the next day through WeChat. The service was very satisfactory! The attitude of other service staff was also great! The breakfast variety is very rich, with all kinds of tea, snacks, cakes, pancakes, fried dumplings, noodles, and everything is available, and the taste is very good! The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, recommended for business and family travel!

The room was very nice, but it was very hot at night. It was still very hot even with the air conditioner on. It might have something to do with the weather that day. There were fruits prepared. The service was very thoughtful. Snacks and disposable toilet covers were also given as gifts. They were very attentive. All the necessary facilities in the room were complete. The bed was also very comfortable. It was very close to the Sakura Park, so you can go for a walk and take pictures. There was a nice square next to it. The bathtub was also very clean. There was Starbucks in the hotel, so you didn't have to walk to the square to buy it!

Traveling with my dad and kids, this old 4-star hotel is located near my relatives' home, and it is very convenient to walk to Metro Line 4, which goes directly to the train station. The front desk staff of the hotel is very friendly, and gave us breakfast and upgraded our room to the 27th floor. The night view is great! 😎 Although the facilities are not new, the hygiene is good. Welcome fruits, snacks, heating eye patches and earplugs are also given in the room. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel. There are not many people and the water temperature is suitable. My dad is very happy and considers staying for a long time in the future. Finally, I want to praise the buffet breakfast. There are rich choices, both Chinese and Western, which is satisfactory👍.

But the room facilities are aging, the bathroom door can't be closed, and the TV remote control buttons are not working. The buffet dinner we ordered has a rich variety of steaks, lamb chops, and all kinds of seafood, which is satisfactory. It is worth mentioning that for breakfast, Ningbo's specialties are all available, such as glutinous rice balls, dough knots, oil-filled dumplings..., small wontons and dumplings are all wrapped in advance, without pre-prepared dishes. And the soup is old hen soup, which is very delicious. A very good experience.

The hotel is in a good location, just over ten minutes from the highway, 10 minutes from the Bund and the city center, and you can also take the subway at the door. The breakfast is pretty good, with rich choices and spacious seats. There are also various places for activities. The room is quite large, with a bathtub, the facilities are a little old, and the water in the bathtub is not very hot. The front desk service is not good. When checking in, I used two room cards, one for electricity, and one for swiping. I waited for a long time. I bought something at Hema and reported the room number, but I was not allowed to put it there. I had to put it in the express cabinet. This is the first time I encountered this situation, and it was relatively empty in the afternoon.

The room is equipped with a bathtub, the bathroom is spacious, the bedding is good, but the pillow is soft. The hygiene details in the house are worth considering, and the breakfast variety is very rich. The price of around 300 is very cost-effective. You don't have to focus on the All Seasons Atour Hotel. This hotel starts at at least 600+ in Beijing and Shanghai. I highly recommend it.

Completely true feelings, I traveled from Suzhou to Ningbo and took a flight back to Guiyang. On the last day of the Spring Festival holiday, I arrived in Ningbo and booked at the bus station. The front desk customer service staff was very good and gave 2 people free breakfast. The location is really convenient. There is also a Starbucks downstairs. I took the bus that day and went to Tianyi Square and the Old Bund. It was very convenient; The service staff, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or cleaning, were very polite. I will go there next time; The bad point about Ningbo is that I don’t know why I got H1N1 when I was walking that night, and I didn’t go to Tianyi Pavilion. It’s a pity. Next time I go to Ningbo, I will definitely choose this hotel. The price-performance ratio is really good, and it beats the Four Seasons Hotel, Orange Crystal, Hilton Huanpeng, Yifei, etc. Recommended!
