"Very spacious rooms in a hotel located in an industrial area of the airport where there is nothing nearby, the closest restaurant 2 km away the hotel restaurant is a nightmare I am not able to cook three burgers, raw. Who make you wait more than half an hour or you speak French very well or they pretend not to understand, and if you want eight people to eat they don't even have eight burgers available. And I stayed for 20 days I asked several times to replace a non-working light bulb and in 20 days they were unable to replace it, in fact on the fifth request after 10 days the staff was very annoyed."

The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs."

"A very pleasant stay, peaceful and close to the city center. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Located on a quiet street, about a 20-30 minute walk from the center, it offers a good balance between tranquility and accessibility. The welcome was excellent: we were warmly received and were even able to access our room at 11:00 AM, whereas we had only planned to drop off our luggage and return around 3:00 PM. A real bonus after our journey! The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the staff attentive. The only slight drawback: the breakfast was a bit pricey considering what was on offer. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a relaxing visit to the city, with attentive service and a peaceful setting. Strengths: welcome, cleanliness, quietness, bedding, staff. Areas for improvement: breakfast price."

The service and attitude towards guests is disgusting."

Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The employees were amazing,kind, professional, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely come back in the future and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."
