"Nice hotel, quite well located, close to the beach and within walking distance. However, you'll find yourself getting around more by car than on foot, as the area isn't very well-suited to public transport. It's very quiet. The staff is quite friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the room is cleaned daily. However, for the bathroom, it would be great to have a double shower head to prevent the water from overflowing 😊 Breakfast is adequate, with both sweet and savory options, but everything is pre-packaged, including the scrambled eggs, which are reheated packets. It would be nice to have something to warm or toast the bread so it's less chewy, since it's not fresh. Overall, quite decent, I recommend it for a stay in the area 😊"

The hotel is, however, quite attractive and modern with a spacious reception and bar area with the restaurant being also fairly open plan. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter."

"The only reasons I booked this hotel were the location, price, and spa services—but it seems I made the wrong decision. We had the worst spa experience ever: the area was dirty and wet, clearly in need of a full renovation. The sauna door wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. There were no towels, no staff to assist, and no one to answer our questions. We had to walk all the way back to our room in wet slippers, passing through the reception—I guess they like us cleaning the floor with our wet slippers! Breakfast was poor, and the rooms were not soundproof. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from people coming in and out. Overall, we understand it’s not a 5-star hotel, so for the money we paid, I guess it was just okay."

"Very quaint and nice hotel that is convenient to find even when located in the middle of Cannes's old town with narrow streets. Simple check in and out process and the owner also concisely explains which key unlocks which door etc. Only issue is that the toilet is a shared one and not located in the room and there is no air-con so you can get awoken by cars sometimes. Other than that, this is one of the cheaper options for accommodations in Cannes and nonetheless it is a comfortable room with a private shower."

"Everything in this hotel was just right. The staff were kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very clean and the linens felt amazing — soft, fresh, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. One special detail we truly appreciated was the beautiful view from the bathroom window in our room — it made the stay feel even more special. We didn’t try the breakfast because we preferred to explore cafés in the city center, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"
