度假值得一住

房間格局很奇怪，設施都比較老舊。如果一定要定就定湖景房，山景挨着路邊隔音很差很吵。服務一般般比較冷漠。退房還需要注意一定要在8.30以後。。。

湖景 家庭旅館的風格！ 湖景加分，但其他就屬於如家水準。

호수 뷰가 이뻐서, 어쩌다가 또 다시 묵게된 호텔입니다. 여전히 직원들 친절하고, 잘 편히 잤습니다. 주차 시설 편하고요. 차량이 없으면 접근하기는 쉽지 않을듯 하네요. 그래서 위치가 4입니다. 호수뷰로 보면 5입니디.

The view is beautiful. The service is average. The food is average too. One thing I would like to share the experience in their restaurant. We would like to share the food and ask for the extra plate. The waitress told us that we need to pay extra plate CHF3@. I've ever pay for the extra plate in any restaurant before.

The hotel location is beautiful. But you have to strictly follow times as there is no other scope than to reach by bus. Which runs hourly. From Interlaken and Spiez both and the bus stop is 100 mtr away from hotel . Rooms are average. Poorly lit. We stayed in see rose no 06 which has an Attic on top which had only one bulb which also low wattage . Maintanance of the room was average. We had food in their Restaurent and asked for plates and they asked us to pay for 4 franks per plate if in case you are sharing… it’s insane and nowhere in Switzerland I found a Restaurent like this .

The service at the hotel was exceptional, apart from the weird desk times. The view of the water was beautiful, especially at sunrise. The rooms are clean, but in need of updating. Also the hotel is extemely hot, so be prepared to sleep with open windows.

The hotel is in a great location on the lake. We had a deck off our room overlooking boats and the lake. Our room was modern, very clean and spacious. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and typical for Europe with meats, cheese , fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, etc. Would stay here again

Beautiful area, great views from rooms with balconies, nice breakfast with great views, comfy chair in room, fan that worked well in room. No air conditioning, no sheet on bed, only one pillow, bathroom was extremely tight and small, almost dangerous with sharp point of sink so close to shower you have to squeeze to get to toilet, shower floor slippery and no where to put toiletries, no shower seat or perch for legs when shaving legs.

Great location right on the lake. Could sit on the patio and enjoy a coffee in the morning or glass of wine before dinner. Handy on site parking. Nice sized room. Location handy to Bern, Jungfrau sites, and Lake Brienze.

I actually enjoyed Spietz better than Interlocken. THe parking was easy as I got to park upfront. The reception was very welcoming. My room looked out over the water and despite the restaurant below it was very peaceful. I had a delicious salmon dinner next door and the bed was comfy. It was a little strange to have a coffee maker in the room, but ask the guest to go to the restaurant to buy coffee and the wellness area was a bit creepy at night. Were it not for the rude guests slamming doors at 7 in the morning it would have been a perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again.
