I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent "Walking Street" opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

This hotel offers international standards just outside of the city center which is in fact very convenient because you don’t get stuck in the traffic every time. 5 years ago, international hotels were concentrated downtown as I can recall. The hotel is quite new, so everything is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Easy to go shopping nearby.

Good location Supermarkets nearby - walking distance 40mins from international airport

The hotel is not too far away from the centre. It is next to a shopping mall which served our needs. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast here.

The service leaves much to be desired. I had a complimentary free non-alcoholic drink which I asked for on the morning of departure but didn’t get any. I asked the shaving kit which they never brought as was promised. Also the sofa in my suite was with holes burnt by cigarettes as well as the table.

亂收費，刷卡的費用莫名其妙，環境一般般根本不值這個價格。房間衹有兩小瓶水，讓送水極其困難，遇到好説話的服務員給，遇到不好説話的不給 。續住房間，舊毛巾不換，住了五天床上用品也不給換。溝通極其困難，重複收費，亂收費嚴重。朋友給訂房需要人民幣1313元，攜程標價1387元，用攜程軟件定後酒店收費1500元。

相對於其它酒店而言，比較新，去機場不堵車，商務出差可以。去市中心不太方便，個人旅遊可能差強人意

新酒店，條件設施可以對標國內。住高層，視野也很好。一掃之前住當地某國際品牌的老酒店的不佳體驗。

十分差勁，溝通困難，衞生條件很差，續住基本房內東西都不換，亂收費。

房間整體比較乾淨，而且位置比較方便，但是韓國餐館較多，別的選擇性比較少

住過最好的宜必思，房間超級大，真不誇張，空間很多很乾凈，物品也很齊全！
