Premier Inn Camborne

An ideal base for an out of season photography trip in West Cornwall for myself and two mates. We split the twin rooms so the snorer in our party was in one twin room and the other two of us in the other. Only one bed was made up in the room with two of us, but that was quickly put right with one of the staff making the bed for us while we waited. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. A credit to the firm. They advised us on taxi bookings and local amenities. The room was clean and tidy as we would expect from a Premier Inn. The bathroom was also fine. The hotel is very well placed, being less than a minute off the A30. Although the attached pub was closed by the time we arrived from Yorkshire, the local Wetherspoons is open until midnight, and we did take advantage of that. It was a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk from the centre of Camborne.

I was greeted very nicely by Meg and lizzie who were very helpful at the reception they also amended my booking issue the previous day as I accidentally booked the wrong date. Thumbs up for them both. I travel to Penzance quite often for work and always choose this hotel.

This is our third year here at Christmas and the staff Lizzie and Jess were so welcoming and helpful! I have family close by and it’s wonderful and pretty cheap to come in to a warm clean room with great beds and en-suites and to be able to pace myself with young kids by retreating here for three days. Thanks to all the helpful staff!
