- If you book a room with breakfast included and have an early flight on your departure day, consider purchasing breakfast separately. The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction.
- The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower.
- Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep.
- The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families.
- While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages.

PPengguna Anonim酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

TTamuStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

Kamar mandinya lumayan, tekanan air pancurannya bagus, tetapi kontrol suhunya agak sulit diatur. Air wastafel tidak memiliki pilihan air hangat, dan terasa sangat boros setiap kali Anda membutuhkan air dari wastafel, airnya akan terus mengalir hingga mati. Wifi-nya kadang-kadang tidak stabil, tetapi kalau berfungsi, tidak apa-apa. Mereka menyediakan bar dan minuman selamat datang yang menyenangkan, teras luarnya juga tampak cantik. Sarapannya agak mengecewakan: roti panggang, sereal, beberapa buah, serta mentimun dan tomat. Seorang pria meminta kopi dan petugas menunjuk ke mesin dan berkata ”semuanya ada di sana”, tetapi ketika saya melihat mesinnya, semua pilihan kopi mengatakan ”tidak tersedia”. Mesinnya juga perlu dibersihkan. Pilihan tehnya cukup bagus. Lokasinya lumayan, sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki dari awal Avenida da Liberdade. Mereka punya dapur di lantai dasar jika Anda lebih suka memasak makanan sendiri (yang akan lebih baik daripada makan malam yang mengecewakan yang saya alami). Mereka juga menawarkan tur jalan kaki yang keren. Pengalaman khas hostel.
