I ordered the room with king size bed, but got 2 doubles. There was leakage from the ceiling dripping right on the bed. We had to move to another bed, but not fall asleep from the sound of the drip. The romantic night was ruined, my girlfriend had left, and I had to finally move to another unit after midnight. In the morning someone broke into my room without knocking the door. Horrible night!

The front desk staff were attentive and asked if there was anything they could do to help that I appreciated. I loved the shuttle and overall comfort. I see that the facility is a bit worn out(torn carpets, bath tub a little worn out) but overall not bad.

Well I had a reservation and they said it wasn't in the computer and took my money anyway. I'm going to call news 5 investing that's not fair and I'm very 😡

I have mixed feeling about my stay because I was told breakfast was the best which it wasn’t it was actually nasty in my opinion and I don’t mean this in a disrespectful way , i did see a lot of mold in different areas of the hotel down stairs and up stairs and ice machine! But anyways my room was okay the tv was blue screen which I know for a fact tv shouldn’t be like that, but I overall enjoyed the pool and hot tub honestly was Better than the last hotel I booked there pool actually looked clean and decent hot tub was also nice enjoyed that very much!!! I think I would come again I would just make sure I go out for breakfast instead! And definitely would hope my tv isn’t blue screen in another room

Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. Somebody from the hotel staff came inti my room at 6 am and woke me up with no specific reason. The shower curtain was falling off the wall and the furniture was dirty and had holes. Definitely not what I expected from this hotel and the price I paid for the room.

Best of the hotels in the local vicinity. Includes a wonderful breakfast each morning.

Convenient spot for our purpose. Comfortable bed and friendly desk staff. Furniture is getting beat up, chairs in the breakfast area are stained, big gap around our door-just an OK place to stay.

Hot Tub was not working and staff let us know it was being fixed. We got a chance to use it and it was awesome.

Nice stay, clean rooms, parking, close to bar and gas stations, good location for where we were visiting.

Overall property is okay, bathroom ceiling paint was chipping , breakfast was pretty basic but good , staff was wonderful , right off major highway and close to mall and movies . I did call a few days and prior to arrival as I did book the hotel for a hot tub. When arrived the hot tub was out of service

Excellent stay. Staff was beyond amazing. They truly made this trip pleasant.

I’ve stayed here before with a family member and was my first time staying there with a friend. Both of us found the property extremely affordable and worked well for the both of us.
