Room is clean, bed is super single size and very comfortable. We requested for smoking room and still the room no smell of cigarettes at all. Staffs are very friendly too. Book room service massage from the spa and the therapist is very experienced..we enjoy our stay!!

My stay at Crown Prince Hotel, Surabaya, was exceptional in every way. The hotel’s prime location made it incredibly convenient, with popular attractions just a short walking distance away. The spacious family room was perfect for a comfortable stay, and the overall experience exceeded expectations with its outstanding service and facilities. Crown Prince Hotel truly offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort.

Basic older hotel popular with local travellers because it's close (10 min walk) to Tunjungan Plaza. Room is tired looking. Old towels. Mattress is old and sunk in when lying on it. Gave me sore back. Requested for mattress changed. But the replacement was soft too. Gym was a small room with a few free weights, a muti function equipmeny, 1 bench + 2 waking machines. The carpet floor probably was vacuumed once upon a time. The corridor carpet is really old dirty and torn at a few spots. Breakfast buffet was so so.

Room • The room clean and modern. • The lighting creates a cozy ambiance, and the bed setup inviting and comfortable. • It appears well-maintained, though the base of the bed could use a little touch-up. Dining :full of choices! • The desserts,fresh fruitsjuice,nasi lemak,laksa and so so many more. Overall, the location appears comfortable and thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel for business trip

Great location. Though you could be stuck in heavy traffic on the way to the hotel during peak periods, which is understandable since it is at the city centre. The room is big and spacious. Has a lot of different tv channels to keep you entertained (around 50 international channels, and some local ones). The only down side is the toilet floor can be a bit slippery when wet, and there's not much power outlet around the room. Therefore, you either have to bring a plug extension or plug out the lamps to charge your devices.

Room was run down, toilet & towels were dirty. Breakfast spread was okay.

Location is consider convenient near to Centre of town.

For couple times I have stayed in Crown Prince and take comfy room for my fav. The room is huge, and clean. The price is really affordable in that area.

Hotel staffs are very good and friendly and very accommodating. Location is superb. Basic hotel. But breakfast disappointed 😕 but its a good hotel. I must highlight this DONT ENGAGE THE HOTEL SPA NAME D SEA. the massage horrible expensive. The masseuse lazy and effortless. Go out somewhere else not this hotel SPA. Made complaint abt the spa to the hotel management hope they will take action. Ripping off in house guest.
