Dockside Lodge

It's really far from the city center. I chose it because of the affordable price.

This hotel was easy to find but not close to the city center. However there is the Bootle train station which is about a 10 minute walk. There are no taxis in this area. The hotel has a kitchen for residents to use. The bedrooms are super clean and safe. Its a bit noisy with the morning madness so bring ear plugs. Overall, as always Liverpool is an amazing city to visit. Its my second time visiting.

" Bootle Oriel Road" tren istasyonunun 10 dk.yürüyüş mesafesinde olması ulaşımımızı çok kolaylaştırdı.Otel küçük ,temiz ve ihtiyacı karşılayacak ortak mutfak olması çok iyiydi.Otel self servis ve girişler şifreli, misafirlerin otele giriş öncesi otel ve oda ya ait şifreleri önceden öğrenmesi gerekir,otel yönetiminin misafirlere bu şifreleri kolay ve uygun bir yolla ile**esi için çözüm bulması gerekir. Otele girişte yaşadığım "sokakta kalma" endişesi dışında memnun kaldım.

Pro's: - Really comfy bed, - Ease of access to the property, - Room was nicely decorated. Smart TV was a nice feature, - Good communication from the property management via online platform. Con's: - Hairs on bed & bedding not clean, - Bathroom was caked in mould. Really quite unsightly. Overall, 3/5 is fair granted the price paid.

Tried to contact the hotel for our key code emailed them even tried to phone as well got no answer had to book another hotel as was stranded please steer clear of this place or you could be left with nowhere to stay on a cold November night not a good experience still heard nothing from them!!!!

Honestly cannot fault the manager of this hotel. Due to ********** overbooking the room the hotel themselves did not receive our booking which was for two nights, Andy then scrambled around sorting accommodation out for us at short notice free of charge even though the fault that had be made was not due to him. The hotel itself was good and comfortable if like us you only use it as somewhere to sleep. Would recommend purely for the outstanding management. Thank you again

If you want somewhere to stay in Liverpool which is clean, warm, comfortable with everything you could need and without breaking the bank, then I thoroughly recommend Dockside Lodge. Easy access to your room, plenty of street parking, well equipped kitchen on every floor, great shower and very comfortable bed. OK, the views aren’t great but you don’t care about that when you’re asleep! For practicality and great value for money you’d be hard pushed to find anywhere better. Will certainly return.

I generally don’t mind rooms that are out dated or needing refurbished as long as it’s clean and the beds are clean. This was not the case here. Floors dirty but can deal with that. What I can’t deal is dirty bedding. There were crumbs in the bed and also remnants of tobacco and burnt cigarette papers. There is no reception I could go to ask for clean sheets. I also woke in the morning with 2 itchy bites on my leg.

Stayed for 2 nights as working in the area. Great place, modern deco, amazing shower and a real comfy bed that I didn’t want to get out of! Really well equipt kitchen area with plenty of space to cook and eat. Lovely and warm everywhere which made for a comfy and cosy stay. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
