Nice rooms, great location. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out but in general a positive experience

攜程中間代理方式比較坑，因為出差時間變化訂了兩天房想提前一天退，結果衹能通過代理退、前台無法直接退。但攜程的過程管理還是比較“專業”的，一直給發消息説在跟進，就是沒結果。我都返程回來了，還在墨跡。不得不説，太差勁！

這是一個非常好的酒店,位置很方便靠近93公園，雖然不是最新的酒店但是裝修都不錯很乾凈，服務也非常到位。

Stellar team here and the front desk could not be more friendly. Easily walkable and great location. Did I mention the staff is amazing?

Staff is amazing. The front desk always assisted me and made me feel incredibly welcomed. This is my new go to while in bogota

For the price I paid, I was expecting a little bit more in terms of furniture, quality of service, breakfast included

Poor maintenance. My mother had an accident in the lobby's restroom because of the lack of proper maintenance. The gym is also another area where you can see the lack of interest in this Hotel to take care of its customers. During my mother's accident, the front desk personnel contacted the Manager to ask for guidance and everything was oriented to hide what happened. The Manager never contacted me back, there was not even a note. The bed mattress is as hard as a rock. These people care nothing about hospitality.

Rooms need updating, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff and location were ok.

Very noisy at night. With people talking in the hallways past midnight last night of our stay, the hotel had rented room for a party which went on past 1am with extremely loud music which disrupted everybody's sleep. We had to be up by 4am to catch an early flight back to the USA. The hotel management should be more considerate of their guests.

Really nice updated rooms. I little bit of noise but nothing you can handle.
