Ulasan Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paracas

I would not stay there again. Only stayed 1 night and they did maintenance on the main pool when the hotel was fully booked. I know for a fact because we asked for a late checkout and they refused point blank because the hotel was full

We enjoyed the catamaran ride at the bay. And the swimming pools. Restaurant at hotel’s dock was very good. Service is a little slow compare with other occasions we visited the place. Place is well maintained.

I have never felt so pampered and special at a hotel. It started with a cup of delicious tea and a cold cloth. The landscaping, the rooms, the pools everything is perfect.

Excellent hotel. The food was incredible and the private tour to ballestas priceless. Best teo days of our vacation in Peru

Beautiful poolside views, ocean a bit of a stink in the bay with no beach. Overall a very good property but I do not find it 5 star based on other countries standards. Pool bar closed 45 minutes before sunset on a clear day when vacationers were enjoying poolside drinks. I questioned this and it is based on their schedule, so apparently I can fly half a day, drive half a day and spend $350 USD on a room and cannot have a sunset drink at the pool because of their schedule where labor is not that expensive. It is obvious it irked me as 5 star resorts do not do things like that, they do not make the customers work on their holidays especially those that are eager to part with their money.

Amazing time! Even thought, there was abnormal waves warning and we couldn't explore the Ballestas Islands, our time at the hotel was incredible. Everyone was super nice, helpful and polite. The pools could be a tiny bit less warm but I don't know if they can control that because the sun was blazing down on us. Shout out to the maintenance team who help me recover my ring that i almost lose beneath the pool planks. Thank you so much Wilfredo Galindo and Jorge Castilla! If you can stay here, do it!!

The old hotel has been remodeled after having been destructed in a earthquake, but kept some of its charm. Nice pools (terrible loud music in one of them), ok restaurants (pizza not so good). Great sightseeing nearby. Some jewelry disappeared from our room, which then reappeared in laundry basket and was sent to us in Lima, a bit of an awkward situation. Nothing is perfect, but a would say our experience was mostly positive. I liked that there were all kinds of guests, but mostly Peruvians at the hotel.

Beautiful property, comfortable bed and pillows, super clean and conveniently located to everything in Paracas!
