Very nice service from front desk to dining. They even made me almond milk lattes and gluten free bread. The fitness center, while small, offers a universal machine that gives great workout.  The steam room and spa are also nice touches.  The rooms are well appointed and quiet.  We will definitely return.  Thank you.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place Bodh Gaya was an excellent experience. The on-site restaurant offered an excellent variety of local and international cuisine, catering to all tastes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, & courteous.

The hotel was a perfect for my sister, niece, and I -we stayed in a large family room which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The hotel had a wonderful calm ambiance. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff - both dining and cleaning crews.

We stayed for one night for visiting the temple. Clean nice held seemengly new property. A bit away from the village and main attractions -you would need a transportation or walking half an hour. There are all facilities on site inclusive a restaurant.

We booked a car at the hotel reception in the evening to take us to the airport next morning and paid in advance for a group of four plus luggage. At 10 a.m. next day the car was not there. Personnel initially demonstrated ‘an effort’ to get us a car. 10.20 - nothing happened. 10.30 they/reception team (hospitality ones , right?) offered to return money. Full stop. One needs to understand the location of this hotel in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by agricultural lands and a bit of housing at the back. No taxis, no uber, no baggage three-weelers… nothing. And our flight (one out of two or three per week ) leaving for Delhi shortly. Personnel did not bother to make an effort to solve a huge problem created by themselves. We worked out the solution ourselves, thanks to complete strangers and their kind hearts. Hotel crew remained useless. If you plan to go there, keep this in mind and be prepared to “surprises” from Hyatt team.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel in Gaya city. The level of service provided by the staff was impressive; they were not only committed to ensuring a pleasant stay but also displayed a genuine friendliness that made me feel welcome. Every meal I ordered was prepared to perfection, showcasing the kitchen's dedication to quality and flavor. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the supportive and accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist me. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gaya.

I had an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was the ideal place for me as a solo traveller. I was assured of my comfort and safety. I will be sure to recommend the Hyatt to others visiting Bodh Gaya and will certainly choose it on my next visit.

I would really recommend the Hyatt Place. The staff were exceedingly helpful, particularly Rahil on the front desk. The rooms were clen and spacious. We ate all of our meals at the hotel and the restaurant was excellent with an extensive menu. The hotel was conveniently located to the major sites in Bodh Gaya and were really helpful with organizing day trips. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again for next trip to Bodh Gaya.

I had two rooms, but the hot water wasn’t working. After requesting hot water, one of the rooms was changed a day later, with an unexplained $20 charge. Additionally, the total charges at check-in were $50 higher than the online quote. Someone had left partially eaten room service outside my door; I requested its removal, but it remained there overnight. The walkway was covered in rainwater, causing me to slip twice, though thankfully I didn’t fall. There were also visible cracks in the room walls.
