The room is nice but the location is a bit far. The room air-conditioning is leaking, other than that, it is good with nice breakfast

Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all

Quite far from city centre but near to jetty ferry , the room is very well maintained

Location is very bad for this outlet as the area still under construction and a bit far to Nagoya Hill etc. Even is considered as new hotel but the cleanliness and amenities are not so fantastic. Spa & massages a bit pricey. The breakfast is just good to fill up your stomach. Accidentally broke the hand soap bottle (had a cracked line and not soap inside when we first used) and asked to pay IDR250000. Overall, good for budget travellers. Not recommend for leisure travellers. Services are considered quite poor.

Would recommend the hotel to have better ventilation in the deluxe room. Bathtub was dirty not hygienic to use.

Impressed with their service and always is very quick to attend.. breakfast to hve better variety. They provide spa and as well shuttle service to malls which is very accommodative.. staff also do deco for birthday event..

the room is cleaner and nicer than expected. the hotel has a relaxing smell. overall comfortable stay, just that the surrounding is not so convenient

Breakfast was decent. There’s nothing around the hotel as the mall opposite are still in renovation. I choosed both of my room with Garden View but they gave us room with no garden view. Instead we received a dark room with a very deemed light. Good things were staff service were great, very polite. Would recommend only once opposite mall were alrdy fully renovated and has a lot of shop

Choice of breakfast is rather limited. Nonetheless, the room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Location wise, not quite convenient as there is not much (close to nil) choice for food or shopping.

Stayed here with my friends. Room was great but it was located in the same vicinity as an abandoned mall. Would I come here again? Probably no.

The hotel rooms are only fairly clean, there are stains on the bedsheets. Even after changing, there are still stains. Cockroaches were spotted inside the room…. The food quality from hotel restaurant on the roof top was also terrible. The beef ribs tasted like rubber….. Only good thing is that the hotel is near shopping malls like Nagoya hill, only 10 mins car ride
