Rooms have a full kitchen including washer/dryer and full size fridge. Beds are very comfortable. Very spacious with a large outdoor area Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar has great views

It's tired and not as "zen" as it thinks it is. Sporadic room cleaning service. Big rooms with dated decor. A nice happy hour on the roof with (understandably) free mediocre canapés. A 10 minute walk to the "action" (such as it is). You can do better...keep looking.

We like it, stayed for 1 night overall good

The location is a bit off from central cbd but it also means a lot quieter . The rooftop bar unbeatable and the shuttle service tk Mindil Beach a big plus. However , I was not aware I have t in book because the line about booking so small. But no manual in room on washing machine and no instruction on where to put the trash. The pool also very nice

The sea view room is very good, with a wide view and a swimming pool. The sunset bar on the rooftop is very comfortable, but the sunset is blocked by the building in front and cannot be seen.

The hotel is quite satisfactory. The facilities in the room feel like the original design of a nursing home. The bathroom safety facilities are complete, not like a hotel. There are two elevators, and it takes a long time to go down to the first floor until the check out time. The reservation can be made without breakfast. If you order a la carte, 15-20 Australian dollars per person is enough. The breakfast is very simple.
