Decided on needing an affordable room late at night with few options. The property offers no frills. However the expectation of a clean room led to disappointment. Low expectations after check in, which weren't met once in the room. The bedding hadn't been laundered recently, the air smelled stale, musty and the ac wasn't running well. It obviously hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or had maintenance for the toilet seat that was loose enough that if sat on could break, potentially injuring someone. The remote had working batteries. The TV turns on, manually. That's all either did though. In the meantime, the desk was made aware of the state of the room and then the cockroach casually strolled up the wall. The property promptly took action to return payment and deposit for incidentals, however the process is and has been slow going but transactions are confirmed. The dirty place I have seen talk to the manager about this problem he said I will give you 10% off next visit i could book it online for $63 and said it would come out around with 10% off the total is $98 plus tax come out to be $111 he didn’t hep me at all he made look a ***** don’t book your room here at all say a way from here
