This is my short story of how I lost 1,000 euro. I reserved for 8 persons at this hotel in January for two days breakfast included. Due to my mistake I reserved another hotel too for the same period. I was late to realize the overlap. I emailed Sonnenuhr on the day of our arrival. Positive thing that they responded quickly. However, I got no refund. Not even vouchers (which is the best practice in most countries). Not even vouchers for a part of the sum. They also refused to reimburse the breakfast which we did not consume. Arguing that they have already made all the purchases (so be aware if you have breakfast there on Sunday, it was bought two seats before…) I let the reader decide whether this is a consumer friendly hotel or not. We surely never go there.
