For safety reasons, we had to temporarily remove the outdoor furniture. We understand that this may have affected your experience and appreciate your understanding in such exceptional weather conditions.As for the consumption of food and drinks, our hotel policy – which applies to all guests – is that outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises. This is because we have our own bar, Artem, as well as a restaurant, and our service and hygiene standards rely on clear boundaries regarding food and drink brought in from outside. his policy is clearly stated on the registration form that all guests sign upon check-in. It is never our intention to make any guest feel unwelcome, and we have since taken additional steps to ensure all guests are properly informed upon arrival.Concerning the air conditioning system, the temperature is centrally regulated to maintain energy efficiency and comfort throughout the building. However, we are always happy to adjust the room temperature upon request, just as we did during your stay. We encourage guests to communicate with our front desk at any time — we are here 24/7 and always ready to assist with any concern.With regard to the room size and comfort, we understand that preferences vary. For future visits, we would be happy to recommend our Executive Rooms with terraces and a museum view or Superior Suites for guests seeking more space and comfort. These categories may better suit your expectations.Finally, we are very sorry to hear that you felt treated unfairly.
