"1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine. 2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room. 3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door… 4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo."

"I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during an event I had to visit in Belgrade. Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and a good bed. Airconditioning also worked well! Breakfast is nice and varied. Location of the hotel us excellent. Exit and go left and left again and you walk into a neighbourhood full of little restaurants. Especially Istok is recommended! Staff was also very helpful and nice. "

"The hotel is in an isolated location far from tourist areas, so you need a taxi to get anywhere. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. On the first day, I was given a room near the street and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. They initially refused to change it and only did so after I requested to cancel the rest of my booking. The breakfast was very poor, with no variety throughout my stay, and there was also a bad smell in the dining area. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel."

The only thing was that we initially got the addresses mixed up because another hotel with the same name showed up in a different location. So, make sure to use the exact address instead of just searching by name. Have a good holiday!"
