"Based on the decor, this seems like an upscale hotel and it's even featured in Ctrip's selections, but the service was incredibly perfunctory. We arrived late at night and requested a quiet room, only to discover in the morning that our room was directly across from a construction site. We were woken up early by the noise and only got a room change after Ctrip intervened. Whenever we asked for something, the front desk staff would awkwardly say 'sorry, we don't have it.' This hotel has an astonishing number of rooms, yet they couldn't find a single one to switch us to, even though we were staying for three days! The breakfast was very uninspired, and the entire hotel entrance was under renovation, giving the whole place a cheap feel."

Masih ada beberapa ruangan di seluruh gedung yang belum direnovasi. Hingga pukul 9 malam, bor listrik masih digunakan di lantai atas, sehingga mengganggu istirahat kami. Ada serangga di sofa dan seluruh tubuh saya digigitnya. Keesokan harinya, sebelum waktu check-out, sekitar pukul 10.00, ada petugas kebersihan perempuan yang masuk ke kamar sambil membawa kunci tanpa mengetuk pintu. Kemudian, pada pukul 11.00, ada petugas kebersihan laki-laki yang juga masuk ke kamar sambil membawa kunci tanpa mengetuk pintu dan mendesak kami untuk segera check-out. Dekorasi hotelnya gelap dan suram, dan kamar tidurnya sangat kecil dengan hanya satu meja samping tempat tidur. Sanitasi dan pengalaman check-in secara keseluruhan sangat buruk."

"To put it mildly, the hotel isn't new. The service quality is excellent, but the small details indicate it's not a 5-star property. It's a 4-star, at most. Cons: There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer, only in the hallway. The outlet is positioned too low, and the cord is short. You'd have to dry your hair on your knees. (This really makes you question the '5-star' rating.) I had a twin room, and the two beds were quite narrow. Again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star. The breakfast was decent and varied for Europe or Serbia. I didn't use any other services."

"My son and I stayed at the Slodes Hotel for 1 week at the end of April. And even before we arrived we had Alexandra, the manager or owner? contacting us to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. And her kindness continued throughout our stay. Whatever questions we had, she would help, give us great restaurant tips or helped with confirming our basketball tickets. Just super nice and always helpful. And the staff at breakfast or in the restaurant was the same. Always kind and bringing more food when needed for the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a large bathroom + there is a pool and sauna (at little extra cost) just next door + 2 sports halls to train in - which was super handy for my son who had daily individual training sessions with Serbian coaches. And even though the hotel is not in the city centre, the bus connection was really quick and easy + there were little kiosk shops on route to get some water or snacks on the way home. Thanks to all that we had a lovely first time in Belgrade and definitely will be back + the room incl breakfast was great value for money and Alexandra the perfect host."

"1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine. 2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room. 3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door… 4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo."

"Fasilitasnya cukup bagus dan sepadan dengan harganya. Kebersihannya sangat baik. Lokasinya memang tidak tepat di pusat kota, tetapi masih nyaman untuk mencapai tempat-tempat wisata utama karena dekat dengan halte bus dan trem. Ada juga area taman yang indah untuk bersantai, merokok, atau bahkan berbaur dengan wisatawan lain. Mereka juga memiliki grup WhatsApp aktif yang membantu menghubungkan para tamu yang ingin berkumpul di malam hari. Yang paling membuat saya terkesan adalah pelayanan mereka! Saya secara tidak sengaja meninggalkan kamera saya saat meninggalkan Belgrade, dan mereka segera menghubungi saya untuk memberi tahu saya.
