Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

Excellent staff and hotel very up to the standards of the brand. Staff could not have been more helpful. Would recommend to anybody visiting this beautiful city. Would definitely use again. Local attraction such as the Titanic museum were well worth the visit and further afield to the giants causeway was great.

Stayed here last weekend with family. Staff were pleasant, only one lift working in whole hotel which was frustrating. Location great, very expensive what we paid but it’s the location we paid for. The breakfast was really decent we were happy with that. Dinner was terrible but our fault for not booking anywhere as everywhere was full. The spar at the back of the hotel is excellent and also has a deli (foods great). There’s a subway at the back too. All in all I’d recommend the hotel

As with most Premier Inns the room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and shower, and decent storage/hanging space - they prioritise the important things. The location is perfect for exploring Belfast and there is plenty of parking, with prices reasonable for the location. Our room had a nice little coffee table but I don't understand why only one chair in a double room for 2 people. They did kindly allow me to borrow one for the dining room so we could sit and have a cuppa together. The main downside of this room was the fully sealed window so it felt pretty stuffy after 3 days. I would come here again but not during the summer as there is no air con (though we didn't need any in April!). Friendly reception staff. No comment on the bar/restaurant as we didn't use them.

Good sized room, clean and modern, and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The bathroom had a good sized walk in shower and was modern. The room had obviously been recently refurbished. The staff in the hotel were friendly, but we did find the lobby, lift and bar/restaurant area very tired and in some areas looked like it needed a good clean! Great location, close to shops, attractions and public transport. Approximately a 10-15 minute walk into the centre/main shopping area.
