Capital One hotel is a five star hotel with all the amenities you might want or need. The location is within walking distance to Tianamen and The forbidden City.  Chongwenmen subway station is less than 500 meters. The staff was super helpful Note: 我的中文不好😂）。 Already looking forward to another trip.

hotel was ok, we asked on check in for a second night which was confirmed but then the next day our card would not work for the lift and when asked the 2nd night wasn’t booked. we had to leave the hotel as they only had a suite to offer us which was double the price. rooms were average and food wasn’t great.

Hotel Service is good. Not all staffs can speak english but did extend effort to help once requested. Location is Ok. Hotel is a bit old, but is well maintained. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. We decided to try the German and Japanese restaurants in the hotel and both were great.

Location is good, walking distance to forbidden palace. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Room is spacious and clean.

Old hotel with aged facilities.hot water and pressure is so bad for shower and water drainage blocked. Not English spoken receptionist at all!

The room furniture is outdated and the chairs are not looking clean. Otherwise, all things considered, it's not a bad choice if you like the convenient location to major attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tianamen Square, Wanfujing and Qianmen, room is clean and the staff are excellent.

It was wonderful hotel and they help a lot. They can speak English. Happy to stay here. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so I dont know about breakfast.
