Waited more than 1 hour in the airport for the shuttle bus coming to pick up. Front desk did not answer the calls and automatically switched to a reservation line which was completely helpless and asked me to call again. No complimentary bottle water in the room. Very limited options for pack-and-go earlier breakfast. This is a hotel definitely overpriced without any sense of hospitality.

Stayed at the hotel during a delayed flight. The room was spacious. Breakfast was bare. No complementary water and the facial tissue box was depleted. When we notified staff regarding the tissue box, we were told it would be replenished after we check out.

Room are clean. They have Nespresso in the room which I need in the morning. I will stay here again

The only thing I would say is that the staff who were cleaning outside my room at 7 am were speaking excessively loudly and it woke me up long before I needed to be awake. I was really disappointed by this. Everything else was super fine!

Such a welcoming staff at check-in! We came with two large dogs and the employee at the front desk was eager to meet them, and gave us two doggy treat bags, one for each of them. Pet welcoming, is my favourite kind of pet friendly hotel! Would definitely recommend :)

Newly renovated, spacious room and an excellent buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelets! Would stay here again!

Our shuttle driver went above and beyond, he even made a quick stop at Starbucks for my daughter to get a quick drink in our way to the train station after her Uber order cancelled on us for tech issues. Excellent service with a smile. Will happily be booking here on all future trips! Service overall was just excellent!

We found a good deal on a really spacious and clean room. The free made-to-order breakfast was amazing! I would definitely come back

The airport shuttle, as promised, was easy to use and the complimentary breakfast was delightful.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was beautiful!! Had a corner suite with king bed. Room is very up to date. Shower so nice! New, tons of hot water. Had drinks at the bar. Girl working the bar was so incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Enough choices. Would recommend this place hands down. Only one comment. Most who stays get 2 free drinks at bar. Lots of people took advantage of this. Only 2 or 3 people tipped her. We felt bad for her. She ran her butt off keeping people happy.

Convenient shuttle to/from Montreal airport (YUL). Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast and lunch options. Helpful staff.
