관광명소 같은데 지하철 타고 편하게 다녀올 수 있는 위치에요! 가끔 먼지가 보이긴 했지만.. 그래도 깔끔한 편이었고 넓고 좋았어요 청소도 매일 깔끔하게 해주시고요 👍🏻 미리 예약하고 갔는데 체크아웃할 때 또 돈 내라고 해서 당황했지만…;; 직원분들과 영어로 대화 가능해서 이미 지불했다고 말했고 보증금 들어오는거 기다리고 있습니다

It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent. Service by the staff left nothing to be desired. I would certainly go there again.

This hotel is ideally located near all the main sites, it has all required amenities, an amazing breakfast and clean rooms and some of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately it is let down in a number of areas, particularly customer service. For example my room had a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom and, despite complaining multiple times about it, I was never offered an alternative room and they sent cleaning staff multiple times instead, to little effect. When I booked a taxi due to train strikes, the staff member at reception was very reluctant and I had to insist on them booking one for me, rather than chancing it, even though this seems like a simple request. All in all, more helpful and well trained staff, and a resolution to the sewage smells, would make this hotel a slam dunk 5* review, given it has so much else going for it.

The hotel was excellent. Cleanliness - pretty clean but there were a few cobwebs and if you didn’t get your room cleaned you got a free drink, you still got your bins emptied and minibar refilled Staff & service - spoke English, were apologetic about our room upgrade and wanted the best for the guest Condition - pretty much perfect Area - there were a few good sights close by otherwise it was near a few tube stations, the closest Stadmitte, had two lines going through and you could easily get to bigger staitions to change Overall - excellent - it made my stay, would look at the chain agan

Staff were very accommodating, we had few obstacles at checkin time yet the on duty manager and staff did an amazing job towards the resolution and ensuring we had an extremely comfortable stay. Location is also very convenient

My room had a broken hair dryer, the showerhead not functioning creating a faucet like stream of water, two lights were out, and the staff was rude and completely unhelpful when I shared this information. I found the location undesirable, there are not many shops, restaurants or bars within a 15 minute walk and it is close to tourist attractions that really only take up a hour of time at most. Near public transit, nice full breakfast but no option to have a more simple breakfast, only the 25 euro full brunch like experience and some days just wanted a light option. I will not stay here again.
