Ulasan Kashgar Nanjiang Global Harbor International Hotel

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

Stayed for three nights, it was excellent. Kelly at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem. The room was large and comfortable. We bought the hotel package, and the afternoon tea for two was very rich and we couldn't finish it. There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. We went to eat on the last night and met the restaurant staff JACKY Wang who was very enthusiastic and gave us suggestions on ordering dishes. We felt warm everywhere in this hotel. The hotel is also very convenient for travel. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to the ancient city. There is also a water town around to walk around. I have a very good impression of Kashgar. I will recommend it to my friends next time

The Global Harbor Hotel completely exceeded expectations. The room specifications, staff services, and dining standards are all great! I would like to especially thank the front desk manager Li Shengnan and Ajeziguli for their meticulous and sincere service, which made us feel at home. Due to the good stay experience when traveling in Kashgar a few days ago, after returning to Kashgar from the Pamir Plateau, the family strongly requested to refund the original hotel near the ancient city and still chose to stay at the Global Harbor Hotel. The hotel is very close to the ancient city, a ten-minute drive, and the fare is about ten yuan. The online taxi can be called in a few minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel room decoration is very high-quality, we like it. Opposite the hotel is Kashgar Water City, which is also good to visit. Special thanks to Manager Wu Huaying for providing excellent service during our family's stay, and Kashgar in southern Xinjiang left us with good memories. Recommended to stay.

When checking out, the front desk also gave Xinjiang ethnic hats and camel dolls as gifts, which is perfect value for money. Oh, by the way, Kelly Piredan's service is great!

Miss Hailey also prepared exquisite afternoon tea for us in advance to relieve the fatigue of the journey. It made us feel as comfortable as home. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kashgar.
