Great location and view, loved everything. Hotel description erroneously mentioned indoor pool. Overall happy with everything.

The card keys never worked properly. I had to go back to the reception desk several times. I was not informed about the facility fee when I booked it. The location and the room were great tho!

This was a great introduction to DC. The older building made for a unique layout in the room itself; I also appreciated the miniature espresso machine, which yielded extremely high-quality coffee.

Everything was great, from customer service to the room itself. Only thing I would change is opening the rooftop bar, it’s still closed because of covid.

位置非常好，去景區和聯合車站步行都能到，坐地鐵也很方便。建築材料耐用的老酒店，設施有點陳舊。附近餐館不多，或者是我們沒找到，但酒店公用區域有微波爐，可以在超市買了食物自己熱着吃。有洗浴液，浴巾毛巾乾淨衞生。熱水很好，花傘也給力。

房間設施老舊，完全不隔音，空調噪音很大，還有更大噪音不明原因，估計是電梯，太嘈雜了，電吹風已生銹

設施老舊，製冰機、販賣機都壞了。環境很好，交通便利。工作人員服務意識不錯，人員配備不足，早餐是點餐制，等了近50分鐘才上菜。

這個酒店非常不錯，我己經是多次入住了，步行到白宮和幾大博物館都是不算太遠或太累的距離。當我旅行回程時沒有訂到附近任何酒店，結果就在這裏的大廳待了整整一晚，酒店人員特別友善。還會再來！

I absolutely loved staying here. The bed was comfortable, loved having a little patio/balcony I could use if I wanted to. The person who checked me in and out were so friendly. Will stay here again.
