Hotel President Budapest exceeded all my expectations! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes, and everything I tried was delicious and fresh. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It is within walking distance of major landmarks like The Parliament and St. Stephen’s Basilica, making it a perfect base for exploring Budapest. There are also many great restaurants and other tourist spots nearby, making it easy to enjoy the city without the hassle of long commutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and convenience!

I was treated very badly from the female employee who worked the front desk. She referred me to fraud recommended places and tried to see me robbed and she is procuring female solo travelers to see them robbed of there money she uses her own phone and calls to send you to fake places and fake doctors not doing treatments only to get you in a compromised position and robbed. There not doctors, dentists, pharmacists and they speak English thieves scary people. NO ETHICS TO HIRING HER !! SCARY !! NO ETHICS SCARY. Why she is taking the guests of the PRESIDENT HOTEL is so bad. It's her employment no ethics. Asking the front desk for help recommendations is proper ....... But seeing them robbed and getting them subjected to fraud scary. I HAVE POSTED HER PHOTOS NO ETHICS ROBBING THE PRESIDENT HOTELS GUESTS. INCCIDENTS WERE ON AUGUST 15TH AND AUGUST 16TH, 2024 SHE ALSO WRITES DOWN ADRESSES AND NUMBERS TRYS TO CALL YOU CABS TO GO THERE....ICKY SCARY.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, fabulous breakfast excellent location. Amazing price. Would highly recommend

We made reservations for two rooms well in advance; one for a couple and the other for two adults. In the reservation note, we specifically requested a double bed for one room and two single beds for the other. Unfortunately, we were not contacted about any issues with this request prior to our arrival. Upon checking in, we discovered that the room meant to have two single beds was instead equipped with a double bed. We immediately raised this issue with reception, and we were assured it would be resolved. However, by the time we returned to the hotel at 11:00 p.m, nothing had changed. We were then told that nothing could be done at that hour, and the two male adults were asked to share the same bed. This situation was highly disappointing and far from the standards we expect from a professional hotel. Not only was the issue unresolved, but we were charged for a night where proper accommodation was not provided, and the guests were unable to sleep. This experience left us with a negative impression of the hotel. Additionally, we found the staff to lack a customer oriented approach, and we did not feel welcomed by their demeanor. While the hotel’s location and breakfast were satisfactory and they provided a new room on the next day, the quality of service and attention to guest needs require significant improvement. Given the circumstances, we feel it was unjust to be charged for that night and hope that you will take this feedback seriously to ensure no other guests have a similar experience.

Absolutely great location. Customer service is top notch. Had to wait around 20 mins for check in though but would say that the hotel is great if you want to stay in the centre

The hotel was beautiful. Great location and the staff were very friendly. All staff said Good Morning everyday. Helpful with where to eat and where to visit! I would stay here again. The rooftop was an extra bonus. To see the skyline at night was pretty. The food was very good!

I had a great stay at Hotel President. The location is convenient, very close to Basilica and Danube the room is clean, no noise from the street, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with some local food . I highly recommend this place. --- Feel free to customize it with specific details relevant to your experience!

I got a room at 5th floor, all the people from Terrace went down to use the toilets that was located in front of my door. Refrigerator was not working at all during the hot season. Air conditioner was not working neither. Drainage worked really bad while I was washing my hand, water stayed for more than 4 hours Shower drainage was even worse that I the water flooded all over the floors of the bathroom

Excellent location. The room was very spacious. Nice view from the terrace, and spa and gym available for free. The breakfast was also very good and varied.
