Ulasan Primo Hotel

Even though the location is quite far from centre, but it can easily accessed by public transport (tram, bus). It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. Room was okay, it’s just I wish I got single queen/king bed instead of 2 twins bed since I was alone. Not sure whose fault, but the noise from the hallway at night was really annoying and i had trouble to fall asleep due to noise from other guests voice outside my room.

Good rooms, good breakfast, clean washroom, comfortable beds, quilt was bit shorter good my height 6feet. Location was ok.

Ok plus , staff was friendly and locations was good Parking place free in the same place . Market just crossing the road

The staff is very nice and helpful and can speak very good English. Breakfast was good too with hot food like bacon, eggs, mixed vegetables, baked beans , potatoes and sausages. Lots of varieties.

Easy place in a beautiful zone of Riga, close to the center.

Сервис и помощь от работников ресепшена очень хороший. Удобное расположение отеля ( центр города не далеко и до аэропорта тоже не далеко ехать на такси ) Завтраки однообразные, но выбрать что-то можно. Номера чистые, но слышимость в отеле высокая. Интернет wifi бесплатный, но работает с частыми перебоями.

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage.

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen zwischen Altstadt und Jurmala. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nur die Auswahl beim Brot fand ich etwas dünn (Weißbrot, Graubrot, Mischbrot, Mini-Croissants). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war aber überragend. Hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Eem.. there’s really not much to say. 80 something euro for a family is a bargin, but still. Seems to be an old appartment building being reused as a hotel. The walls are super thin, beds small, people were smoking under our window and the drapes were way too thin for the Sun during this time of year where it’s up till quite late. But it has free parking and is 10min from the airport.

The Primo hotel cannot be a 4-hotel. First of all, at the reception there is no sign indicating the no. of stars. I asked the reception clerk about it and she said she needs to call her supervisor.I left with no answer. The room I was given - had 2 beds on wheels like hospital beds - the furniture was torn, shredded as in the pictures -the night table was wobbling -the bathroom was equipped with Cien liquid soap from Lidl as in the pictures -there was no washing gel in the bathroom as in the pictures -there were several holes in the floor tiling in the bathroom (missing floor tiles) as in the pictures - the face towel was white but the body towel was not white any more but gray as it had been used for too long as in the pictures -the breakfast room personnel was totally unprofessional:the lady was wearing street clothes and the man, though he was wearing a black apron, smelled of sweat whenever he moved about around.

This hotel is one in which you see indifferent staff. We asked in advance baby cot which was with extra charge but the guy at the reception told us that he couldn't live the reception. But later we saw him smoking outside with his colleague. During the breakfast the food were putting by guy in the cap and lady with her long hear without any covering. All these details are important and damage the image of the hotel and our holidays. We will not return there. Also was not easy to find parking. The breakfast and the room were good.

Very nice and cozy hotel in the historical Agenskalns district. Stylish rooms with bathtubs, very helpful reception, and free parking for guests. New farmers market just next door. HIghly recommended.
