Very clean room. A short outdoor walk from airport to hotel. There's construction going on around the airport to the hotel, just follow the sign or google map. The soundproof window is effective too. Overall we had a good night sleep before continuing our journey.

Had a late check in and the staff gave me the wrong room where I’ve booked for 2 nights but instead gave me someone else booking. Unable to go back to room the next day and was told to pay for another night when I’ve pre-paid via Trip.com. Informed the male reception that I had pre-paid but was told to make a deposit but instead he charge my card instead. Was confused but nevertheless spoke to the lady reception the next day upon checking out and they told me there’s some mistake they made and have the refund to me. For a Wyndham hotel to have such service level was quite unexpected.

Our flight was cancelled because of a strike and this hotel would not give us a refund b/c the office closed at 1900 and we couldn’t talk to them until the next day and we had already changed our flight. It was beyond our control but no workability w/ this hotel. Will NEVER use this hotel again.

What a horrible night. I can't recommend it to anyone. At 3am in the middle of the night the fire alarm turned on. It was not an emergency but it went on for more than 10 minutes. It was awful. But more awful was the service. Nobody was reachable. Still waiting to hear back

Tiny room with quite old bathroom, two small single beds and major lack of maintenance in the bathroom. Location was great because it’s really close to the airport, but for the price the room was not worth it.

Facilities: OK. The bathroom is a bit small. A bathtub takes up too much space. Only a shower area should be provided. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Good. Close to the airport. Very close to the exhibition hall. One stop by the light rail. Service: Very good. The restaurant downstairs has good food.

It's rubbish. I booked a room online and clearly stated that I was staying alone, but I was given a room with 4 small beds similar to a hostel.

Booked this for my husband, he said everything was good. He checked in very late, the service staff was very attentive and nice and prepared snacks for him. It's not easy to have such service in other places.

The room is very clean and warm, with complete facilities, beautiful view outside the window, rich breakfast with a wide variety, and very good services. In particular, the Chinese girl at the check-in front desk is so heartwarming🥰... The foreign language service is also very user-friendly. Great👍👍If you come to Stuttgart, you must stay here!

We arrived at the hotel around eight o'clock, dropped off our luggage and went down to the restaurant to have a few drinks. The waiter was very friendly.
