There was no housekeeping throughout my stay. No closet too.

Location is good super small room & bed no window Desk front is helpful & responsive

Staff are amazing, food from the restaurant is great. It’s perfect that it’s by a sandy beach. Spa is not as great as I expected . Quite a basic one with steam room and sauna. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t heated. Not quite sure if it’s entitled for four star as the room service from the restaurant only allows takeaway and there’s no kettle in the room (but provided tea bags) It’s a bit of a drive from Lisbon, so it’s great for a city getaway if that’s what you are looking for.

Location is great, near Liverpool street station. No daily housekeeping but could request fresh towels. Room is very small, shower is good. The only problem is that heating seems to be broken. It was cold at night, and it was even warmer outside the room.

Excellent location with several tube stations nearby. Convenient bus routes to central London and theatre district. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, made us feel at home immediately on arrival. Good breakfast with home baked pastries that are always fresh and hot. Will definitely be our choice of hotel in our next stay.

Lovely hotel in a great part of London, with lots of amazing bars and restaurants. Room was smaller than expected but not a problem as we were out exploring London anyway.

20 or so small flies greeted me to the damp basement room. Strong smell of mould. Would be concerned about health implications if staying for more than one night. Avoid the basement rooms, higher floors may not have same issue. Will not stay here again.

The hotel has the lowest level of security, with no CCTV cameras in the hallway outside the rooms. The housekeeping staff are thieves, and an expensive watch was stolen but could not be recovered due to the lack of surveillance cameras on the floors. Avoid staying here if you don’t want to risk being robbed.

Location was good, room was cozy, shower was good. If I ever needed somewhere convenient to stay near central I would choose this hotel again.

Very small. Cannot early check in because it would charge you money. Speechless….. 。the hotel facilities are not good enough .

The location is convenient for the city / Liverpool St but the AC is weak and can lead to uncomfortable nights
