オーナーと可愛い猫（名前はパオラ）がお出迎えしてくれました。部屋は清潔感があり、清掃も毎日入ってくれます。タオルはたくさん置いてます。シャワー室は少し古いですが水圧は強いです。しかし、お湯を出す際に一度冷水を通らないとお湯が出ないため毎回冷たさに驚きます。洗面所に固定はされていますがティッシュが置かれているのが嬉しかったです。固形石鹸はニュージーランドで有名なマヌカハニーの香りで癒されました。キッチンはカトラリーが揃ってます。コンロもありますが換気扇がないためお肉を焼きたいのであれば外にBBQ用のコンロがあるためそちらを使用するのをお勧めします。ランドリーは乾燥機別で2ドルでした。ロトルアでモーテルをお探しの人はこちらのモーテルをお勧めします！

房間超大，複式，住6個人沒問題，可以做飯，泡温泉，車可以直接停到屋子門口，取東西很方面，免費，旁邊不遠處就是超市，可以到了酒店先去超市，晚上邊聊天邊喝酒聊天，非常愜意。路上路過鐵皮小鎮可以停下休息休息，冰激淋推薦，但衹收現金。

整體都比較乾淨，複式房間，還有按摩浴缸。有兩衹友好的小貓咪，reception的女士也很nice～到redwoods、parkin‘save都很方便。

직원분 상당히 친절하고요. 4인 가족이 숙박하기에 상당히 넓습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 쾌적해요 굿~!!

房間大 床有4張 開車家庭出遊很合適 住宿環境非常不錯 還有spa大浴缸 前台服務人員非常熱情周到 還給介紹了全屋的配套設施 👍

NZ and family owned, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Spa bath was so nice! TV in our room. Lovely comfy clean beds. Location was great. Very easy to book direct and easy check late check in. Air con was on when we arrived which was great.

Absolutely love staying here from hospitality to the cleanliness of the room the most comfortable bed I have slept in and lots of space to move around freely.Loved not having to rush back to find a car park as each unit is allocated a park will continue to stay here

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Arista Rotorua. Great location only a short drive to the centre and has allocated parking. Rooms are clean, spacious and warm. Shower has great water pressure. Hot tub was amazing on the cooler evenings. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Arista is the perfect centrally located spot to stay in Rotorua. It's particularly great if you have little ones with a private tub in each room and an on site playground. The rooms are spacious, clean and hosts are very hospitable. This was our second stay at Arista and we'll be back in future! Thank you for a lovely time.

These rooms are large and comfortable. There was great service at the front desk (including e-mailing me to inform me of an item I'd left behind). But the best things are the two washers and dryers---it was so nice to have clean clothes! And very reasonable prices.

Lovely motel, nice rooms, very happy with it. Good amenities and nice location. Friendly staff, easy parking and a good base to explore Rotorua. Laundry available on site and a playground for kids.

Arrival was fine. The front desk clerk was polite . When we entered the room it had a horrible smell it was so bad that we had to air the room out for over 2hrs and even then it was still there the carpets where damp and I suspect mold is growing underneither causing the horrible stench. I ended up going to the front reception for some spray to make it barable but it didn't achieve much I suffer from bad asthma and was struggling to breath most of the night I had to constantly go outside to catch my breath . The inside windows were covered in green and black grime. The ceiling fan upper room was coated in thick dust that had covered the pillows in dust. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. There were stains all around the bowl. The majority of the cups , plates, and cooking utensils had not been properly cleaned and were covered in a greasy film with food still stuck to things. I again told the front clerk the following morning that the room was horrendous. The blame was just put on previous staff. For $278 a night, I expected more. I won't be returning again, and I advise others to find another motel.

We just completed our stay at the Arista and loved it. Lots of space for the four of us; husband, adult daughter and her friend. It's about a 20 min walk to downtown, level and easy to stroll. You can relax after your walk in the hot tub, which we did. Coin operated washer and dryer on site and they even supply detergent. Boris, the cat, was often posted as sentry outside our room and put up with our frequent interruptions to his napping. Maggie, in the office, was great and very helpful with all our questions.
