Very old Hotel , breakfast was very good variety and quality

We have been coming to the Steigenberger for the first Advent for about 15 years, and it gets worse every year! The whirlpools have been out of service for 4 years, as has the small upper children's pool!!! The water in the large pool is max. 21 degrees!!! No service in the pool area!!! Broken

Despite construction and renovation work! Everything was great! Great location, very central! Breakfast was amazing. A visit to Bad Pyrmont and a stay in the hotel was definitely worth it ☘️❤️🐞🌸🦋☀️

We booked an overnight stay with breakfast and wanted to relax in the spa. The spa area is great, the brickwork is showing its age in some places. What was a shame, however, was that both whirlpools were empty (not broken). Probably a kind of cost-cutting measure. And the bar in the spa area was not manned, which wasn't a problem at all, as drinks such as tea and coffee were plentiful. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff couldn't be faulted at all. Bad Pyrmont itself is very small, but it's worth strolling through the alleys here too. 03/23/2024

The hotel offers first-class accommodation for all types of travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the service is excellent. The location of the accommodation was perfect. There are many restaurants, shops and attractions in the area that were easily accessible on foot. Accommodation with excellent service!!! I will definitely recommend it!

A very nice, wonderfully quiet room, very friendly service all round and lightning-fast help with a forgotten object. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Breakfast was OK Equipment at least 30 years old and run down Service tried hard but was blind to the business Had the appearance of helplessness Every employee had a different excuse as to why something was no longer working Extremely dirty side rooms and toilets as well as dirty hallways Dirty and holey curtains Dead flies, spiders, etc. Black greasy edge in the pool Whirlpools all broken Haman turned off Even though the house is getting old - a good hotel has to be clean Housekeeping completely incompetent The beds look better when my little son makes them Room service never comes again if you were just unwell and your room stays as it is There is no shuttle service No massage appointments You feel so sorry for the beautiful house Something definitely has to be done here otherwise it will eventually become a lost place like so many in this place
