perfect for a bus layover. TONS of construction right now. Very poor internet. Area is not appealing at all. maybe not bad part of town, but not comfortable for a new visitor.

飯店正門與要入住的門完全不一樣，門口完全沒有人管理，安全有疑慮，還要自己拿著地圖找到入住的門，這是一間衛生極差，浴缸有頭髮，地毯有髒污，上一位客人留下的垃圾沒有清理乾淨，櫃檯人員服務態度不佳，房內什麼東西都沒有的飯店，旅館的環境差卻收的是三星級的飯店價錢，不會推薦

Leuk hotel aan de rand van het centrum van Brugge. Kamer op de vierde verdieping was erg klein, opzich heeft het alles, alleen wat vreemd was dat je niet staand kon douchen. Je moet in bad zitten want de douchslang zit vast in het bad en de hoogte boven het bad is maar een meter hoog.

不錯的 地理位置不錯 門口也比較繁華，房間沒有空調但有配備電扇，走路離車站大約十分鐘，比較便利，去布魯日旅遊可以考慮住這邊

Ubicación excelente y personal amable. La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Servicio atento y rápido.

Temizlik ve oda büyüklüğü malesef yeterli değildi. Rezervasyon yaptığımız oda verilmemişti.

A viagem para Bruges foi uma parada alternativa, em razão de uma viagem cancelada pela Eurostar. Numa pesquisa, verifiquei um preço atrativo, porém, sem café da manhã. Além disso, fomos surpreendidos ao sermos conduzidos para um anexo do hotel que fica a cerca de 100 mts de onde fomos recepcionados, o que não nos agradou. Quanto aos funcionários, todos foram atenciosos e educados conosco.

I was very pleased with the cost - value range. I enjoyed my bath tub and the view from the roof window. I got superb friendly service and the breakfast was good.Thank you🙏

I found the value for the deluxe room very poor. There was no kettle or complementary coffee/tea which I think it’s almost standard for anything to be barely considered “deluxe” - the kettle was available on request which made things better for us however during our stay we spent a whole day without hot water - then again, why call it deluxe when you are putting people through cold water at -3 C weather? - it was clearly a recently renovated room and everything of course felt new and clean which made out stay safe and comfy enough, but to call it worth “deluxe” no, not at all. It was a basic experience. Our “deluxe” room had a view to nowhere, which I wouldn’t mind if the room was a little bit nicer, but that wasn’t the case. I found the desk and chair comfortable enough to work. In one of these days I guess they were working on something but we arrived to an awful sewer smell in the halls, reception area and through the stairs, we locked ourselves in the room and it seemed to be better. The next day the smell was gone. The staff was very young but bilingual, meaning, they were slightly careless but at the same time their training was enough to get through our stay. They answered to our questions and requests respectfully and I appreciate that a lot. I understand that running businesses in Belgium is expensive but I don’t think that complementary coffee or tea would make any business bankrupt, probably the contrary, because showing care and hospitality is good in the long run

Escalators only go up to the 3rd floor and people staying on 4th floor had to walk up the stairs from the 3rd floor which was right next to my room, so the door kept slamming every time people were using the stairs. Extremely loud and frustrating.

Just off the beaten track but really close to the historic centre of Bruges.

No hot water, dirty bed sheets and heating not adequate. Would not recommend except for location.
