We loved this hotel! Brand new, clean but above all fantastic staff; especially enjoyed talking with Maurice at breakfast. The bathroom shower was a dream, nice shampoos and soaps. Close to Picadilly station. Fruit and juices complimentary. Highly recommend

Came to watch the rugby and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. Lovely decor, very modern and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Matthew and Olha on the desk were fantastic- answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was what. Emily and Lukasz in the restaurant showed nothing but top quality service. The four of them were brilliant. I’ll be back without a doubt.

Just a few weeks old the place is spotless. Lovely welcome on check-in; ‘have a drink on us, it’s Friday afternoon!’ Need a late check-out….not a problem. In some ways it is serving the typical mass market city centre chain hotel market, but it feels just a bit more stylish than that. Cosy, very attractively furnished rooms.

Stayed earlier in the month, absolutely amazing hotel. Staff very knowledgeable and attentive. Fantastic drinks list. Enjoyed a sandwich for lunch with the most amazing bread. You can see the attention to detail that's gone into everything here. Rooms are fantastic too, super comfy bed!

Just returned from two stays at the Reach hotel in September and October. Just like all the other reviews have stated the hotel and location exceeded all our expectations. Check-in was fantastic and greeted with a smile which was a welcome after our full day of travel. The room was fantastic and this hotel is one of Marriott's bests - just love snuggling in the Marriott bed at night. The unique setting and view of lock 84 was wonderful. At breakfast Brandon & Maurice make sure we were taken care of. They were friendly helpful and just made us feel so welcomed. Vicki at the front desk was fantastic. She helped us with our room and went over an above to be sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait until we do again.

Had a few beers and some food which the chefs Ellie and Callum were outstanding with, Niamh Emma and Emmanuel on the bar were great and we had a good chat about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by for food and drinks or a stay.

What a Tribute! Had a wonderful chat with the manager Nathaniel while a party was happening in the hotel. Nathaniel was busy but he took the time to chat to me and my wife about our travels around the UK, and helped us get transport for the next leg of our journey to Dublin,Ireland. Nathaniel was so knowledgeable about Manchester, his hotel, Dublin and we even chatted about Football, but our version. He was a nature host for us, we ended up spending the night in the bar drinking his recommendation of the local brew from seven brothers, it was excellent. Me and my wife have already shared pictures of our stay and the hotel with our local rotary club, so expect a few more Americans in the coming months and years.

Lovely hotel! Fantastic location for our best friend weekend! Hotel is very clean, modern with fantastic decor. The rooms are extremely comfortable with lovely modern bathrooms. Staff are very friendly and nothing is an inconvenience. Nathaniel made our stay perfect and we have booked again for January
