Great service staff very helpful in all our requests. Hotel is new and clean, location is next to a small mall for morning coffee. Hotel breakfast great with a good mix of selection. All requirements for a great hotel holiday. Highly recommended

Good location - breakfast was good - service was excellent  The room was average - empty space at the entrance was a total waste and bathroom was tight - the layout could have been more functional

We stayed at this brand for many times, but this is the first time to stay at this location. Staff are helpful & considerate, especially when I was sick, they gave me a lot of support. & the front desk staff, Cindy always gave us the hand for assistance. Finally, we stayed three nights at this hotel. It is located at around 10min walk from Shenzhen University station, & about 10min walk to the nearby shopping mall. Just only the surrounding areas are having renovations.

Hotel entrance is in an interior street and not all taxi's are willing to enter, thus it will be difficult if you have lots to carry or travelling with children as the entrance is hidden from the main streets. At the time of my stay, there was a construction site and they started drilling around 6-7am Room was decent and spacious

1) bad smell inside toilet. 2) staff of reception (night shift) were not professional and impolite. I travelled with family and we booked 3 rooms. We provided ID and related information during checking in at 14:00. We requested same floor coz travelling with kids and 2 rooms can be arranged at same floor so we appreciated, one of the room will be ready later so we prefer to wait and get the room key later after checking in procedure is done. The staff (day shift was helpful and polite. We approached reception for card key after dinner. The staff (lady-night shift) asked us to provide ID, phone number etc…then we mentioned that we have done the check in during day time and told her our room numbers, we did not get one room key coz we preferred to wait for same floor, however she did not response us and carry on her process. So we thought that this is security issue to make sure the identity of the room user. Then we waited at reception, the staff gave us the room key which is at different floor. Then we explained again that what has been happened and she replied: there was no room at 7/F available any more. But we have been told the room number during day time and we chose to wait for a day for the same floor’s room. The night shift lady staff kept ignoring us then shouted to her colleague (gent) 「你過來!」then she disappeared. Another staff (gent) checked the system and he arranged the same floor room within 2 mins. The lady (staff) did not show up at reception any more. We feel disappointed and unpleasant because of the staff, she was very rude to us.
