We had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel. The best proximity to the Dodonghai beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking. It’s equipped with all necessary things. The lady host is friendly and helpful. The man host is nice, and even able to speak good Russian, which was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come here next time with my family.

Very beautiful view from the balcony. It's a 5 minute walk to the sea (slowly), and a 15-20 minute walk to Pineapple. All the cafes are very close (a couple of minutes). We stayed in the apartment from 16.02.25 to 26.02.25. The apartment is on the 7th floor in building 1. The windows overlook the sea and the stunningly green territory of the complex. The territory is guarded and closed. The apartment is very clean (we were amazed by the whiteness of the bed linen and towels) and quiet. Cleaning on request (very high quality!!!). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family: dishes, an electric kettle, a washing machine, household chemicals (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent). Special thanks to Peter for his warm welcome and care! We will be happy to return and definitely recommend it!

The whole room is very big, clean and bright. You can see the sea while lying on the bed. It is very close to the beach. The boss is also very nice. I will stay here again next time!
