Hotel is good. Reception and security is good. Next time book directly through hotel. Make my trip is looting customer. They charged me 3950 per night where as hotel rate is rs 2500 including tax. Mm t is cheating customer by falsely elevating hotel charges and then discounting it, naming it mm t value stay.

Good service, in my room a small fridge is also there, ac is working nicely, staff is helpful, and food quality is good and for solo traveller quantity is ok also.

There was no electricity whole night from 2 am on first night, so no sleep at all. For second night, electricity was going on and off for some time. There were mosquitoes in the room. Room towels were unclean, there was no kettle in the room while tea/coffee was present. Cockroaches and some insects were in room. Totally bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Booked this hotel by looking into the reviews and pics and amenities mentioned. But reality is completely different. - rooms are stinky
- bathrooms are with old & rusty fittings
- no hot water
- dirty towels
- ac's with no display, it runs with its own temp set
- ac's air smells like urine
- intercom never works, - worst room service, your order never reaches you in time, even a tea will take 1 hr if they still remember your order. - they have power issues, spent one night without power and at night 3 am they asked me, are you interested to shift to a diff room as they have power in that room. The new room ac air was smelling like urine. I spent rest of the night smelling that. Worst night ever stayed in a hotel.

I booked mak hotel for more then 15 days,but my experience was so worst There employee are not cooperative and didn’t provide any solution and hotel charged me double for changing my room from single occupancy to double. they looting people and didn’t provide any solution
